“Just stellar service all the way around. Service was so good I bought an $80 shirt I didn't know I needed just to support the shop. Two young men helped my brother-in-law and I, and were just as friendly and knowledgeable as could be. Contrast that to the service we had just 15 mins earlier at a shop on Scott St where the guy helping us could care less that we were in his shop.”

“Did a lesson today with Tyler. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He didn’t try and completely overhaul my swing. Just helped with a few small swing adjustments that had me hitting my irons way better! It was a super fun lesson and he would get excited on the good shots. Will definitely be back for more lessons. Definitely recommend these guys here! Also while I was in my lesson, Sean was able to add a little bit of length to my putter at the same time!”

“I went into Famous Footwear yesterday to get my granddaughter and 2 grandsons shoes. The store was absolutely packed, and there was only one lady working. I have truly never seen anyone handle so many customers at once with such skill—she was juggling multiple tasks, helping families, and still finding the time to laugh and joke with the kids and adults. She made what could have been a stressful 30-minute wait in a mile-long line actually enjoyable.
I’m pretty sure she was the manager, and if she wasn’t, she absolutely should be. Having run large companies for decades, I can honestly say I’ve rarely seen anyone manage such a high-pressure situation with such grace, professionalism, and kindness.
What stood out most was the way she made my grandchildren feel so special. My granddaughter left grinning ear to ear because the lady told her she had the best style. One of my grandsons said, “Gege, she said 5th grade is the best year—and I’m in 5th grade!” Those little moments made their day.
Every time they put on their new shoes, they’re going to feel like a million bucks, not just because of the shoes themselves, but because of how she made them feel in that store. That kind of customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.”

He couldn’t locate it but I was able to order the size I needed through the store with Kyle while still getting the sale price and receiving free shipping. I got my shoes 2 days later. “I am giving my visit five stars solely for the experience that an employee named Charmaine provided. Prior to asking Charmaine if they had a particular hat in stock in a small size (there were none on display) I asked a young man with dark curly hair the same question and he said everything they had was on the display. Charmaine answered my question with “let me check our inventory, well it says we have more, give me a minute and I’ll check”. A short time later she returned with a small stack of small hats that were exactly what I was looking for. I manage a large home services company in Bend and dispose laziness but admire good honest hard working employees. Charmaine, you are an amazing customer service representative!! Thank you for keeping the bar high!
