“The best place for shoes!Four wonderful experiences at this store over a year, so big points for consistency.Every time I come here for shoes, they blow all expectations out of the water.The last two times I have had Travis helping me and boy oh boy does man have patience. I struggle to make decisions and want to see all my options. He has never made me feel rushed and brings out shoe after shoe, gets them ready, and helps you put them on for boots!Yesterday, I needed sandals for the river. Travis walked my through my options and the different styles to help me find the right sandals for my feet (bedrocks), brought out different sizes since I am in between, did the adjustments, and even brought out a different color at the last minute, just in case. Perfection.The two people at front when I checked out were quick and so friendly. They seemed to enjoy each others company and you can just feel that in the store. They feel like they want to be there and share their knowledge.Just go here for shoes, you’ll be taken care of.”

“What a find! My wife LOVES this store. We walked by this little shop the first day we arrived in Bend, from Bellingham, and when we wanted to visit it again (as my wife saw this lovely jacket on day 1 but decided to hold off until we experienced a bit more of town) do you think we could find it? NO! So thankfully on our last day in Bend, two days later, we fell upon once again and MADE THE PURCHASE! The store has very unique and WELL PRICED items from hats, to jackets, shirts etc........our next trip into Bend will no doubt include another visit to Faveur, and we cannot say enough good things about the help we received in-store as well!”

“I live nearby so have been going often this holiday season. Great gift prices and I've found down parkas for myself that were a steal and will be my go-to winter coats here in Central Oregon. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never a long wait in line. I've gone different times of the year and some times have better deals than others. I suggest shopping the holiday sales as they're the best! Also, I wanted to point out that the EB outlet stores often have styles that cannot be found at any EB store or on their website. I found a chevron Cirruslite down parka with a beautiful faux fur rimmed hood - less than $90! A search online found 0 hits for this particular style parka. I can't yet speak to whether it will lose feathers or not. It may. But I don't care!”

“I found myself with a couple of free hours, so I decided to explore the cool shops of downtown Bend. CC McKenzie was my first stop. Wow, what a cute little shop. I didn't realize they don't have any pics on Yelp yet, or I would have snapped a bunch of photos of their amazing selection of jewelry, bags, shoes, clothes, and allll sorts of fun stuff. I ended up purchasing a lovely new hobo style leather bag for myself, which was a great price and came in so many colors I had hard time choosing. They had some cute women's clothing too, but it was a bit pricey for moi. And they had tons of affordable jewelry! What put this experience over the top was the kind lady behind the counter. When I told her I'd never been to Bend before she told me allll the places to go and even showed me how to get to them. I wanted to return before I left and get another bag in a second color, but I ran out of time. Will definitely be coming here again on my next visit!”

“Christmas shopping for my teen boy and he just HASSSS to have the new Nike tech fleece set. I get it.. we were all there as teens..Well, I got the wrong color for the pants and the wrong style apparently.. so the wife took them in to try and fix my blunder and the woman that helped her went above and beyond. Charmaine helped navigate the new style and colors, return the wrong pair, order the new pair online, keep the "black Friday" 30% off discount and get it shipped to us at home. The wife was very impressed with Charmaine's customer service and knowledge of the products.
