The teller and banker I worked with were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience since I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I have no complaints!

Wells Fargo used to feel very customer centric. Been banking there for so many years but currently they have lost that and are very impersonal and less efficient and eager to help, at least at this branch and downtown. There are better banks available. Will be switching to one more service oriented.
