“I rented here in Nov 2025. My experience was literally one of the best I've ever had with Enterprise (and I've been renting from them for over half my life!). The location was friendly, efficient, etc. But I want to give a special shout out to Sarah La Marche. She was that rare, perfect combination of capable/efficient and kind/human. Sarah, they are SO lucky to have you there. Sorry it took so long to write this review!

“The Enterprise Staff was friendly and helpful. They were a little misleading about getting me to use insurance coverage I didn't end up needing, but they were helpful getting the coverage removed. And the Toyota Camry Hybrid I rented was amazing, clean and a pleasure to drive. The process was quick and convenient.”

The office in Vancouver rocks but the office in Portland, Oregon went a step further when I turned the car in late because I went to jail offered every discount available to help me make up for my loss and understood when I had to bring the car back a couple days late for an extra fee of course. But all above all they are a great car company to rent a car from and I would do it again in a heartbeat”

Justin helped me out from start to finish and his customer service was top tier. He called me 3 mins after my reservation was sent over to confirm my rental car, and pickup time. With how busy that location is- that is outstanding turn around.
He also helped get me get picked up from the shop where I dropped my car off, and provided a few different options to chose from.
When it was time to return the rental vehicle- Justin went out of his way to make sure it went as quick as possible so I could get back to my work day.
Round of applause for Justin and his team, I appreciate everything he did to make sure I had the best experience possible.”
“I support and defend enterprise and ice its there right to do business with whomever they please . Im sure there contract is far more lucrative than any deals that may or may not be made with the protesters who are making noise and or threats against a law abiding business. This is my opinion on a sensitive matter enterprise has been a great option for my rental car needs and I wish them well..”
“If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. We had three of our guys traveling from Virginia to Portland for work and the other rental car company we had booked through ended up not working out. “Top notch van rental ! We’ve rented the van for 12 days, touring a lot of Oregon and Northern California. It’s been amazing. We got everything we needed in the van (blinds, cooking material, bedding, table and outside chairs), it was easy to ride, big enough for two and really comfortable. We cooked almost every single lunch and dinner in fantastic locations. Also, the rental staff is excellent, and we got a nice ride to Portland airport afterwards. Many, many thanks ! 100% recommended for road trips in Oregon and the area ! ?”

“I had an excellent experience with Allpro Autobody, The insurance company originally lowballed the value of my truck, but these guys at Allpro took the time to do a detailed, accurate estimate for free and went to bat for me. They knew exactly how to document everything properly and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed.
Because of their professionalism and thoroughness, I ended up getting the full, fair value for my truck instead of the low offer I was first given. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely had my best interest in mind the entire time.
If you’re dealing with insurance after an accident and want someone on your side, I highly recommend this shop. They made a stressful situation much easier and saved me a lot of money.”

“Great experience! Maggie was a great help getting the car. There was an issue with the car (it felt like the emergency brake didn’t fully disengage), but she helped us replace it quickly. After returning the car, we thought we left something in it. Daniel (who was working the next day) checked the car right away to ease our minds. Again, great experience!”

“I truly don’t understand the other reviews. We received great customer service! The gentleman asked what are plans were and gave us advice on a local scenic route to view the falls, recommended a waterfall near the wineries we were visiting and assisted with maps etc. Car was clean on the inside and what we expected. It was dirty on the outside but it’s a rental in downtown, we aren’t buying it. Very convenient spot if you’re staying downtown and easy return to the garage.”

“I had a great experience at Enterprise on old 82 nd dr Clackamas . The whole team absolutely amazing. The process was made so easy , working around my hectic schedule in between my breaks. I didn't have to worry about the logistics of getting from point A to B while my car was in the shop. . The team coordinated everything perfectly from picking me up to getting a rental. They were even willing to help give me a ride back to the auto shop and wait a few minutes after hours to do so if needed. Luckily everything worked out on my end so I didn't have to make anyone work late. But still the offer was nice.”
