“Dustin at Charlie’s Towing SAVED THE DAY and helped my college kiddo who got locked out of their car in the middle of the night because USAA Roadside Service failed our family so miserably that I had to find Charlie’s service myself at 3am. They immediately came out within 10 minutes. USAA using the scam service third party provider Abrego, kept telling us someone was coming for hours, then that service ghosted them then they waited an hour to re-assign only by me calling
