But how did I not know that everything is no longer $1 per item they are $1.25 now. Not really the Dollar tree anymore now is it it's the one and a quarter Dollar tree LOL”

I came in with no credit trying to get a credit card, was denied, but was given great advice to start building credit since Umpqua did not approve, and then four months later I applied again and was approved! Investing, and savings advice was always enthusiastically delivered. Also, Samuel is a great banker!! He's always helped out with anything and everything no matter how excessive my requests are, and I don't even live in the state anymore and he still helps me with any financial issues! Thanks Sam!”
