“Awesome store in the heart if Creswell that has just about everything you'll need for your home project. From Doorknobs to Drywall, lumber and trim, plumbing and electrical they can help you, and at an affordable price for home owners.Customer service here is friendly and fast. Sometimes it can take a while to get checked out if workers are stocking shelves, but the wait is never too long.Parking lot is small, but it's a small town so that's fine. But they should atleast have 2 areas designated for trailer parking.”

Needed another delivery today and they were short staffed so it was going to be a three day wait. After seeing the desperation in my eyes they made it work and again delivery was complete within 2 hours!! I'll never buy my fill anywhere else!!”

“Absolutely the best experience! Let me preface this review with “I dread picking up plumbing supplies” (my son will write the list and I usually don’t know what the items are). However, Ben at Consolidated Supply Co. made the trip seamless, comfortable and accurate! I walked out within 15 minutes with items, confidence and appreciation for the superior customer service. It was the best experience at a plumbing supply company ever. Don’t go anywhere else!”

“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!”

“When we first landed in Eugene, one of our first stops was Lowe’s to get set up in our new home. We purchased a washer and dryer, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with during the whole process. Since then, we’ve made several large purchases there, and the experience has been consistently positive. It’s clear they have a strong team that takes care of customers and keeps things moving smoothly. As a veteran, I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount. It’s a meaningful gesture that doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, this Lowe’s has been a dependable place for us as we’ve settled into the area. Great team and solid service.”
