“Coming from the headache that is Walgreens pharmacy, Safeway has truly been a breath of fresh air. It’s nice to have a set staff and pharmacist, rather than the deal with the revolving door of new faces that Walgreens cycles through monthly. The Pharmacist is very kind and well versed in all things drug related. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and keeps up to date with the latest information, meds, and drug interactions. The staff is always courteous and work hard to get scripts filled in a timely manner.
It’s been 6 months since I chose to transfer all my family and I’s scripts to Safeway and I wish I had done it a lot sooner! It has been a huge a source of relief to not have to stress about when or IF I’ll get my meds each month, as Walgreens never seemed to keep up with their stock supplies of basic/common medications. I highly recommend this location in particular to anyone who is looking for a competent and reliable pharmacy that actually care for their patients’ wellbeing.”

THIS one has some particular plusses and minuses though - opens at 6sm - where the rest of the Walgreens in the surrounding area open several hours later - definite plus they've obviously had theft issues here, the majority of the items for sale are behind clear plastic locked areas & you damn near gotta have an employee hold your hand just to be able to get an item off the shelf - as if that weren't bad enough - everywhere I went in this store - I found shelves mostly empty - I'm not aware of Walgreens as a company overall is heading for bankruptcy, or if just this store is going out of business, but based on the amount of empty shelf space at this store, it's either definitely one or the other,. or this store isn't doing well restocking their shelves at all... It's a good location though, this must be one if the 500 locations Walgreens is planning to close this fiscal year, out if the 2200 told ned closures over the next 3 years in the companies cost cutting measures aimed at shiring up their financial problems,,(,I looked it up - Walgreens co. Isn't going bankrupt, but they're definitely experiencing financial problems & are implementing drastic measures in an attempt to right the ship. Don't be surprised if over the next 3vyears you find yourselves in a Walgreens with empty shelves like I did at this one. An average if 23 stores per state us a lot if stores to close. (& Alot of jobs kits,)

Division Pharmacy makes getting necessary medications stress-free and easy. I actually enjoying going to the pharmacy instead of dreading as I did before I found them. I highly recommend Division Pharmacy.”

“I rarely have to wait long, but I suggest going either right when it opens (at 8 or 9am, depending on the day) or an hour or two before the end of the day (either 6 or 7pm, depending on the day) for better efficiency.
OTC medications available at lower prices than other retail pharmacies.
Plenty of seating for the wait. Tip: always order ahead if possible.
Customer service has always been good during my visits.”

“The only reason I gave this one star is because when we were there. And have gone in the past, workers just keep walking right on by you. They don't stop to see if you're ready to put gas in your car or if you need help with anything, you just sit there and wait on them for when they decide to come over and put gas in your car.”
“We love having a locally owned pharmacy in the Roseway neighborhood. Fairley’s Pharmacy has always been fast to process prescriptions with minimal wait time at pick up. It’s a bonus that they serve coffee, espresso and shakes at times. They also stock a variety of over the counter items.”

“I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! ??”
“Im excited to have a local independent pharmacy nearby. They are going through some changes, and had to adjust hours and bring on and train new staff. Apart from those bunps I'm overall happy. Love how many languages they speak! However there's been a couple times where there just felt like a level of disorganization and confusion that had been frustrating. Its happened about 2 times in the 8 months ive been a customer.”

“Have been going to Fred Meyers Pharmacy for over a year now, after Rite Aide on Sunnyside changed hands. They are extremely polite ( especially IF you get the right people), quick, line moves fast, & very helpful! Downside… takes forever ( yes I know they are busy busy people ) but… takes a long time to answer a phone, sometimes longer than normal to find it all, texting is delayed for notifications, and have only run into 1 person that has made any comment about the amount of medications I get… Due to my multiple multiple chronic issues! Other than that, they are truly truly amazing! And that’s I’m not picking except for that one person!”

“All the staff here are so helpful and kind. I’ve never had a better experience at a pharmacy than this one! They really saved the day and filled my script in 15min right before closing on NYE after another pharmacy held the script captive for over 9 business hours.
I almost don’t want to share how good this pharmacy is because I don’t want them to get inundated with people, but I’ve tried several Safeway pharmacies and this one is by far the best. 🎉”
