βI was kinda surprised with a bi-mart funny story. My kid needed a restroom and other places we go they do not have one. So I went to this bi-mart, but they required membership, so I signed up just to use their restroom. But i actually like it, and I will come back.β
βAlways a friendly atmosphere. I always look for Kathy who has greeted me by name for years. I miss the pharmacy where she and Bill became almost like family. This store always has what I'm looking for, the prices are reasonable and customer service is still found.β
βI've been a member since Vietnam! This place is a must for everyday needs. Except for the refrigerated section. But that's ok with me. That is what grocery outlet is for.β
βThis place is kind of a cross between urban and a real country/feed store. They seem to have a large selection of food for livestock and cat's and dog's.They also carry a good selection of boots and clothes.β
βStaff is super nice and welcoming! Helped us with choosing a present for my best friend.
It seems like the store is a colorful Hot Topic (in a good way). Small but good variety of anime (mostly Studio Ghibli) items. I would say 1/2 of the store is pop culture and disney things.
Pricing is alright.β
βI always use self serve but whenever I've needed something or had a question they are all very helpful. They look like they have fun working together which is always nice to see.β
βThe cashier was pleasant and fun. Inventory is lacking, things keep moving and I donβt find as much to buy anymore. I find that sad as I donβt like buying online.β
βYou wouldn't know by looking at it outside, but this place is expansive. I only buy my dog food from here, but when I explored the store they have almost anything you need for outdoor labor. The best part is the area with all the baby chicks.β
βI could spend hours in here. The staff was super cool when we kept them a little later, which other locations the employees bc extremely rude if you keep them late. I totally understand wanting to leave when the store closes but when you have 2 shopping carts full of stuff, youβd think they wouldnβt mind staying an extra 5 for a $400+ sale. ?ββοΈβ
βI had such a great experience at EstΓ©e Lauder. Rose took time to explain every product she can recommend to me. Iβm not planning to get anything at first but she showed me the lip balm and I really liked it! Rose is very friendly and professional at the same time she knows what sheβs doing. I left feeling happy and well taken care of. Great service!β
βKohlβs is Kohlβs. Itβs kind of asking a person to rate WalMart. Iβll say: itβs good-sized, centrally located, easy/accessible parking. Donβt have anything bad to say; so thatβs plus.β

βI was really excited by the quality and variety of the merchandise that was available. The store was very clean and the staff was very informative and helpful. I was pleased with the items that I purchased and I am definitely planning future trips to this retailer.β
βStaff is Always helpful and friendly, and getting Theo and Spence lounging joggers for<20$. Add in a Barefoot Dreams hoodie for 1/4 the original price. I was in the best mood for the rest of the day.β
βI wouldn't really call this an outlet store considering that nothing here is really cheap. But they do have a lot of beautiful clothing that I do enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful.β

βOh boy, do we love Ross. Itβs one of my wife and I is guilty pleasures when we finally get away from the children. We go to Ross and shop for a couple hours. Itβs definitely retail therapy. Itβs very convenient for me because itβs so close to my home.β

βThe couple of times I have been in this store recently have been great experiences. I found what I needed, no muss, no fuss. Plus the security guard at the door is so friendly and cheerful that I want to go in just to be welcomed by him.β
βAll good. Nice to see that. We can also have the option to fill up our own gas in Oregon, but also nice to see that people still have the option to have it done for them if they wish.β

βI do my christmas shopping there. Great products, staff very helpful and friendly usually, last night the young girl didn't get her name was rude and frankly shouldnt.be in customer service. Wouldn't wrap the glass items properly and tried to shove over 200 dollars or glass items in one bag when I asked if she could please wrap and put in more bags she informed me they cost 5 cents each....ya think if I'm spending over 200 on items I really don't care hos much the extra bags cost.β
βWe had some confusion on an exchange in women's clothing at the Clackamas Town Center store. Susan Haman stepped in and resolved everything so easily and with such great customer service. She has such a gift with customers and she really cares about the stores satisfaction. I give her a 10 out of 10 for her retail sales satisfaction!β
βAlmost always busy! Great gas price usually the lowest in the area. One the bigger Fred Meyer fuel stations I've been to. Great spot to drop off cans fuel up grab a pack of smokes or a soda, and hit the road or park and going store for some one stop Freddy's style shopping!β
βBought a lot of easter things here earlier today, they had a great selection. Prices were reasonable. They awlays have the best of deals here. Customer service is always good too. I usually like the self checkout process tooβ
βWent to the other Fred meyers in wood village and the lady was not helpful or polite at all!! So I called this store and Iris did everything she could to help me with my ring issues and get it resolved. She was so polite and amazing! Thank you so much for the help Iris.β

The price is right however they could use some more cashiers. What's up with the No Restrooms? Covington is ovidβ
βStaff was very friendly and talkative as well as enthusiastic about doing their jobs, a breath of fresh air that made me want to come back.
I do have some constructive criticism and why:
I wish they would police the handicap parking spot and keep it clean.
I happen to be in a wheelchair, and someone had placed gum on the white part of the handicap access lane so that it was invisible.
I ran over it, and since manual wheelchair users use their hands to navigate with a push rim, it didn't take long before my hands made contact with this stranger's saliva, my immune system is not great. It caused a great deal of discomfort, and in a way, I felt violated.
I had great difficulty removing the gum from my wheelchair. In fact, some is still embedded. It also wasn't the only piece of gum and other questionable things on the ground, this is just the one I couldn't avoid, making it feel dirty.
This may be nothing to an able-bodied person who can just sidestep or wash their shoe at home, but to people like myself, I may have been exposed to something that will cause me to need a hospital trip.
On the way back out, a man had parked his vehicle in the handicap spot next to me. He had no placard or plate that would give him legitimate access to these parking spots.
As a handicapped person, not maintaining these areas, and guarding them against rule-breakers like I witnessed, is one of the things that makes it very difficult to have access to the public and feel safe at the same time. Many times, I've been unable to access various places due to people using these parking spots for their personal comfort, at times parking directly on the access lane so that I can't even get out of my own vehicle.
Sorry for the long review, but I feel it is actually necessary to tell others what life is like and how these things affect you when you're disabled, and things others don't even have to think about are now an impenetrable barrier.
Awareness is important.β
βKiller deals on clothes at Ross and they put overpriced goodwill to shame by far hands down! Cut and dry! And the clothes are brand new un worn and still more affordable than goodwill!β

βGreat environment, the music is going and they always have nice knowledgeable staff and I mean its MAC always top of the line products and they have a recycling program which is awesome to bring in your used containers and get a free product and you can do up to 6 times a day I think. I will always shop here. And they ate great with re-directing you if you find something that doesnt look good on you. Other places care more about the sale then the customer thank you MAC!β
βThe most recent change was this week. The self checkout lanes have been removed at both my local WinCo stores to be replaced by several 15 Items or less lanes. I know why and I sympathize. But I'm going to miss the self checkout for the speed and convenience.β
