“It took us awhile to figure out that our own little US Cellular outlet just down the road was always able to help us clear up the problems that appeared with our phone use (unlike some other outlets). Eddie, Jen and several others have consistently combined professional knowledge with a degree of patient courtesy in solving our (often simplistic) problems and teaching us how best to avoid repeats. The phone industry itself still as many issues to work on in terms of connectivity, internet usage, etc... but when it comes time to purchase a new Galaxy, we will remember how we were treated at the White City office!”
“I got an inseego internet router at Central Point OR store from Sam. Unfortunately the first unit turned out bad and the second wouldn't work properly in my little place. I thought I was doomed to have internet, but Sam was so knowledgable that figured out the issue, changed some settings and now I have perfect internet. Sam made my whole experience painless and his personality makes a person feel at ease. I will always go to him in the future... no matter which store he works in!”

“Target in Medford is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Mall. They have good deals on Health and Household Essentials, often including store credit through a gift card if you spend a certain amount, which is nice if you're planning to buy it anyway or stocking up. If I'm not sure where a product would be in the store, I can look up the location through the app. I also earn $ when I scan my free Target Circle membership QR code at checkout!I don't really interact with employees here since they are big on self check-out, but when I have to return an item I didn't end up needing, staff at customer service is always pretty friendly and easy-going.”

She is smart and very helpful. Hers is THE best Walmart Cosmetic Dept I have shopped in - early and often. Shelves stocked and tidy and easy to access - and purchase!In Ladies "Lingerie" there is a very attractive redhead who went to great lengths to assist me in finding specific items. She was so helpful and patient and really knew her merchandise. A pleasure shopping with her.We never visit Medford without stopping at this clean, organized, impressive store. “I recently had a virus on my new phone and sought out advice from my local Verizon store. They said they couldn't help me out and sent me to the geek squad at best buy . After two lengthy trips to the geek squad and a few hundred dollars they gave up and said I needed to go nuclear and get a new Sim card. I returned to Verizon and a young lady named Jade helped me. A young male associate went and got a sim card to install, but Jade said not so fast and actually took the time to see if it was necessary. She quickly diagnosed the issue, changed my texting app to Verizon, and cleared up the problem. Bingo bango problem solved. Her initiative, skill set, and excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks to her alone I was a happy customer.”
“I called corporate on 4/2/25 & they said I had to go into the store. I went into Medford from Sunny Valley an hour away on 4/2/25, they said I had to call Financial Services. So I went BACK home, another HOUR drive, called Financial Services, they said I had to go INTO A STORE! So on 4/3/25, I went back to Verizon in Medford, another hour drive!!! At the store, I told them what was going on and within 10 minutes Quentin Antionet and Gio Clemons had solved my problem! Quentin & Geo deserve a RAISE!!! They did what Corporate & another Verizon member couldn’t! I wish ALL of your employees were as efficient as Quentin & Gio!”
