“My husband and I had a wonderful experience recently with Brandon Bighan at the 1374 Center Drive location. My husband had lost his phone and we had to order a new one. The first one we received (from a third party) was defective. Brandon worked on everything he knew how to do but the phone was bad. We ordered a new phone which arrived in a few days. We went back to see Brandon and he gave great customer service - very knowledgeable too. Got the phone working great and we were able to receive calls for his business again. We think he deserved 10 stars!”

“I went in today looking for information on a new provider as I'm currently with Verizon ? Shon was very helpful, he walked me through all the different options us cellular offers and current deals I could get in on. The interaction was one of the most pleasant phone store interactions I've ever had. Shon was happy to help and got me set up with 2 new lines each with a new phone covered by the current promotion offered by us cellular. He was happy to answer all of my questions as I wanted to be sure I'm not gonna have all the extra BS I get from the previously mentioned provider ? he also walked me through setting up the us cellular app, witch is much simpler then Verizon's app, and helped me sign up for auto pay per my request. Overall I had a great experience and this us cellular location has earned my business.”

“I am so glad that I spilled wine on my laptop and then found Todd to help me. Not only did he fix my old laptop but helped me to upgrade to a new one. Todd has been very approachable and very effective in explaining things I understand and can utilize immediately. While I love my new laptop and now have a back up computer, one of the best services has been establishing a password management which is EASY and I trust. “I had to get my Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra phone screen replaced, I called them today right at opening and they were able to get my phone fixed within 2 hours. Also the screen replacement for this phone is very expensive and they had the best prices I found. Great people definitely recommend!”

“cheriesse has helped us for many years getting us dish recently or bill went up and her daughter and her got us a new better service direct stream. Krysten came over to our house and helped us with our cell phones and set up the direct set up all our apps and helped us use it. They saved us money on our cell phones as well. Highly recommend them in medford.”

The facility is lacking in any seating whatsoever. My 87 year old mother would have been standing for a long period of time because this crazy store has no seating! Thankfully, Ethan found a chair for her. Dumbest thing I have ever seen, T Mobile! Way to show your customers that you care.”
“I recently had a virus on my new phone and sought out advice from my local Verizon store. They said they couldn't help me out and sent me to the geek squad at best buy . After two lengthy trips to the geek squad and a few hundred dollars they gave up and said I needed to go nuclear and get a new Sim card. I returned to Verizon and a young lady named Jade helped me. A young male associate went and got a sim card to install, but Jade said not so fast and actually took the time to see if it was necessary. She quickly diagnosed the issue, changed my texting app to Verizon, and cleared up the problem. Bingo bango problem solved. Her initiative, skill set, and excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks to her alone I was a happy customer.”

We've used iexperts several time for various phones (shattered screen, battery replacement, unknown reasons to boot up). Each experience has been stress-free from initial contact, responsiveness, scheduling and repair. We've never encountered any additional problems with their repairs preformed by iexperts. They also offer excellent prices! Just the convenience of having them come to me is priceless! I'd definitely recommend the company.
