Had some crazy issue with a Technical Glitch stopping a phone upgrade due to some issue with international calling and Caleb the store employee was able to diagnose it with limited information, remove the problem on the back end AND get the phones ordered without breaking a sweat. Thanks Caleb!

Both Chelsey and Haven were incredibly helpful. I was very stressed due to personal matters, and they both made me feel welcome at the store while also providing me with the services that best fit my needs. Both of them went above and beyond expectations, and for that, I'm grateful.
