They are typically busy, but they're very helpful. One of the techs noticed my prescription wasn't sent through my insurance and found me a coupon to bring the price down to almost half it's original price.

Trying to setup covid/ flu shots for two people at the same time... can't get anyone to answer.. and I'm fed up with what isn't customer service.. seems like your staff is too bothered to answer the phone. Maybe Walgreens would like my business?
