Mount Pisgah Arboretum is a non‑profit environmental education organization that manages 209 acres between the Coast Fork of the Willamette River and the slopes of Mount Pisgah. Eight miles of trails travel through eight distinct habitats and offer educational exhibits along the way. The Arboretum is a popular event space for wedding, with ceremony, cocktails, dinner, dancing, and parking that is decently located. Visitors enjoy hiking, swim, and taking maternity photos in a beautiful setting that is well kept, clean, and open through all seasons. Dogs are welcome on a leash, and horses also roam. The area is often wet and cold, and construction on a bridge can affect access, but the views and facilities remain attractive.
Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to talk to and a great place to visit for an introduction to all of the native flora and fauna.

Delightful escape from Eugene. Wildflowers, trees and wildlife. Events too!

Beautiful walk. Moderate hike, I was tired after the mile-ish trek uphill. Saw a snake and a rabbit and several birds. Tons of wildflowers in May, iris, poppies, and many others.
View of the Willamette Valley from the peak is gorgeous, especially on a clear day.
