“I ran in at 8:55 in the morning they opened at 9:00 and there was already a line. LOL anyway I was the third person in line and I paid my $170 for the full year of a post office box. The clerk was very courteous and sweet and she advised that they were already short one person for the day. Anyway great little post office in Fairview.”

“Don't drive past it! Enter before the drive-through for the drop-off, or the entrance for the Mailcats' entrance. Otherwise you'll have to U-turn. It's that small. They're small, a comfy small-town small. I love the feeling. You want a big place with a ton of windows and features and options? Go to the Greaham location off of Powell. This location runs smoothly, but they're not going to be like a big-town jobber. They're effective, efficient, and have all that you're going to ask for. But know ahead of time what they're capable of - read the website. I love smaller post offices. I just do. It must be the attention to detail and slower pace.”

Staff have always been nice to me when I've needed assistance either for mailing or PO box stuff. The front desk still gave me instructions on approximate return times for couriers, and how to get help after hours. I was able to still get my medication almost two hours after their close when the couriers got back, because of their great service and empathy.”

“I have been trying to retrieve a Christmas gift that was shipped internationally and delivered to my work mailbox (my work mailbox key opens a box for a different store in my complex, so I cannot access our specific box). I have made many attempts to put in a request to have it redelivered with no luck or response from USPS. Luckily as I was leaving today, I was able to catch the mail carrier, Abigail, who was kind enough to open the box and after checking my ID, was able to give me the gift that had been sitting in the box since late January. Abigail went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and did more in about 3 minutes than the USPS has done in 3 months. Please recognize her for her efforts.”

“Straightforward main drop-off with a decent amount of parking when it isn't peak hours. It is on a main road pretty centrally located in Vancouver area. The postal worker at the window was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. They do sell stamps at this location.”
