“I have come here to address a review that was left a couple days ago, along with some others from the past.
This store deserves nothing but 5 stars. The worker Hailey was referring to is one of the best employees they have. He has every locals favorite items memorized, he runs around the store helping customers when he isn’t being tipped to do so, and he cares about his job just as much as the next guy there.
I would like to disagree with her statement about being a “tourist only” spot. The more you come to this store, the more personalized the experience will be. I’m sure there are some soft people out there who can’t take jokes, but one thing about these guys is they will never make the same mistake twice. They care more about customer service than you think.
I have had this particular worker in question help me take items out to my car, gift me clothing that didn’t fit him for free, and I’ve experienced time and time again him giving that same service to others that, like me, never asked for it.
These guys are the only store open 24 hours within 15 miles either way. They stay up overnight and work graveyard so you can shop at your own leisure whenever you’d like. Shut up about the prices too. 24 bucks for a 30 rack is insane for a coastal town. Get your money up.
At the end of the day, you ungrateful people don’t understand the time and effort being put into the work they do. It’s time to be appreciative of it.”

Left Portland in to escape record breaking heat and stopped for gas and something to drink and the cashier was giving away large fountain drinks for free just because it’s hot outside, such a nice gesture to especially when customer service and kindness is a rarity these days!”
“My hotel at 100 dollars per night didn't have 4 quarters for laundry. What kind of hotel doesn't have 4 quarters. Shilo Inn by the way. I went to the Turnaround Store. Leanna helped me and was awesome, and as it happens, had 4 measly quarters. Great plane and great job Leanna! She deserves a raise. Very friendly and clean place with what you need. Highly recommend.”

“This is my favorite gas station in Oregon. Their cinnamon-clove seasonings accent the flavor of their quality gas. You can mix it with Oreos for a delicious desert.”

“Stopped by for some bait, tuna heads awesome. Grabbed two bacon maple bars…..next day everyone at our rented house anted me to go get more maple bars lol. Called them and ordered 5. Great place, good bait, nice people definitely one of my favorite spots along 101.”
