Had to wait a week for delivery and products were not installed correctly the first time. Otherwise, very nice company to work with...problems were remedied quickly.”
“Shouting out my experience going through Clive Coffee's excellent repair scheduler. I needed a 3-5 year service for my Linea Mini. The technical team ensured that wear and tear parts were replaced, the machine cleaned, and the wood accents moisturized. They were clear in their communication from the diagnostic through the repair process and explained why certain parts needed replacement. Lastly, I needed to pack up the machine for transit in a U-Haul (went over 4 mountain passes), and it was packed with the utmost care. Clive Coffee's technical team are the most consummate professionals in the game their work and care is reflected in every detail. Thank you all!”

“Wow! Steven and Michael delivered our stove today and they were SO polite, careful, thorough, and on-time! Above that, they knew everything needed to know about the install. My space was problematic and they were able to troubleshoot a perfect solution that now the new stove fits better than the previous and looks absolutely custom and built-in. Better than the original. Those guys were methodical, precise, and laid back/funny too! This is my 3rd appliance from Kaady and we will never buy anywhere else. I mean - why would we? Charlene in sales was smart, funny, low-key and super knowledgeable. She really cared about what our situation was and obviously cared about that more than making a sale. This place is like the old fashioned “customer-first” mindset of yesteryears gone by. Love ‘em. Give those boys a raise!”
“This place is hands down the best. Nobody can compete with their customer service and expertise. My kid vacuumed up a ball that got stuck inside my Miele. Brought it in and they took it apart and removed the ball on spot. Stark’s has been the go-to vacuum store for decades for a reason.”

“I know some of my fellow DIY'ers shy away from the large home improvement centers and opt for smaller family owned & operated stores. One of the biggest reasons for this migration, stems around the fear of getting poor customer service...Let me tell you... The Home Depot in Oregon City has... (I don't know what the proper identifying verbiage is anymore so I'll shoot from the hip!) an AWESOME customer service, checkout, self checkout register consultant or cashier employee named 'Greg.' In my experience, Greg was nice, extremely helpful, good listener and was able to help the lady I was with pricing concerns.In the couple min I spoke with Greg he showed initiative, genuine concern over the problem in hand and carried out the necessary actions which ultimately saved the sale and likely 'earned' the business of a repeat customer.Lastly, he told me he didn't know much about laying hardwood floors... (side conversation we had) But wished me good luck and sent us on our way with a friendly smile and a 'Good Luck!'This is what Great Customer service look like,,, and This Home Depot in Oregon City is Damn Lucky to have Greg representing the 'Orange Apron' team!Thank You to everyone at the Home Depot!!Best,Chad W”
“The Home Depot is my second favorite store behind Costco. A little history... this location was built on top of the old Oregon City Landfill. That's right! They filled it in and covered it. I've always liked this Home Depot... it is less busy then some of the others. There is always parking but lately it's been hard to get help if you need it. They are short employees just like everywhere else unfortunately. Returns are pretty simple here. I love the paint department! You can bring in a chip of paint and they say they can match it pretty close. Nice! In the Summer the garden department is wonderful and such a happy place. I think this one is bigger than most of the other Home Depot's I have been to.”
“I had a great experience at this location. I was there looking to buy a fridge. Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to go there for my next purchase!”
“I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!”

“Two staff members really made me feel safe and taken care of. Evette and Gabe! A man who seemed to be very angry at life, got into my face for no reason and yelled at me to "take off my mask." Then proceeded to rant and rave spewing his unmasked spit all over. They asked me so many times if I was ok. (This was caring!) And answered all my home fix-it questions with care. Basically escorting me around the store. It can be a little intimidating to be in a huge store like that when you are just learning about projects and your new home's needs!! Led alone being yelled at, randomly by some weirdo. I appreciated their attention to me and addressing the situation. Thank you both.”

“Home Depot, from a shopping experience, is pretty typical. Finding what you're looking for can be tough, but their signage is quite good: Giant categorical signs hanging from the ceiling to help guide shoppers. Prices are generally lower than the other big chain. This particular location seems to be more brightly lit than others, and also seems to have strictly self-service checkouts. While some may prefer this, it tends to make getting to a cash register chaotic in that there are not really clearly delineated "lines" in which to wait. It also can make for a long wait if there are any issues with patrons needing assistance because there seems to always be only one "cashier" for the entire area.”
