“It's been a few years from when we purchased our fireplace insert from these guys, and it has become increasingly clear to me that I owe them a little public praise. We were new to propane inserts when we began shopping around but even in the beginning, these guys were surprisingly patient, and deeply knowedgable. Many of the other places I called was a typical modern corporate type experience where the phone rep had little to no engagement in the conversation, on top of not even being able to answer basic brochure level questions. Derek and Andy are true brand ambassadors in my opinion, and have been consistent in delivering after-the-sale customer and product support. In a world full of mega corporation atrocious customer experiences, these guys are absolute stand-out stars. We are beyond thankful to have chosen to work with them during our relocation.”

“This place was amazing. George sold me a washer dryer set. They delivered it and took my old washer dryer with no issues. They said that it was way easier than they were expecting as I have a split lvl house and the laundry room is downstairs. My kids and I cleared the whole laundry room to make sure they had the room to get in and out with ease. The team was awesome! Thank you!”
“I wish there were more stars than just 5 for Standard TV and Appliance. I picked the wrong size appliance and through the whole process of dealing with the staff I was treated with the utmost grace and professionalism. I was granted permission to return the product even after scratching it up a bit in transit. But the evening before the scheduled pick-up a neighbor walking her dog stopped to chat. I felt obliged to tell her why there was a refrigerator on my front stoop and she asked if she could buy it from me. OF COURSE! And again, Linda in Customer Relations was understanding and polite as I cancelled the return while offering her best regards. Thank you Standard, you are the best!”

“I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!”

Their sales rep Rob, always hooks us up with great guidance. And their delivery teams have always been impeccable was great timing & communication. The prices are better than the big box stores and you get local white glove service.”
“I could not be happier with the results! We had the carpet on our staircase replaced at a very reasonable price. We purchased both the carpet (from Mark) and installation (installed by Merced) through Lowe’s, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The installation took only a few hours, and the installers brought the new carpet and hauled away the old one. Below are the before-and-after photos. Now that we know how affordable and easy it is to have carpet replaced, we won’t wait so long the next time we need new carpet! Total cost for everything was $710.”

But they found my purchase thru the card I used and gave me a refund. Even if it wasn't for that refund. I bought my pressure washer here, and gas powered lawnmower because of the awesome service. “This is my favorite Home Depot, and it’s the store I visit most often. Over the years, I’ve consistently had good experiences here. The store is well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate the convenient accessible parking, which makes shopping much easier for me.
During my most recent visit, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time thanks to Sheryl.
I came in with a particularly challenging hardware problem that had already taken me several days to figure out. I’d received conflicting information from multiple sources and was feeling completely stuck.
Instead of simply pointing me to an aisle, Sheryl took the time to listen, helped me compare different hardware options, encouraged me to test them before leaving, and when they weren’t quite right, she didn’t give up.
She went back into the store to find additional options, brought them back outside, and even came out to my vehicle to help verify that everything fit correctly before I left. That level of patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping a customer is rare.”
“The Home Depot is my second favorite store behind Costco. A little history... this location was built on top of the old Oregon City Landfill. That's right! They filled it in and covered it. I've always liked this Home Depot... it is less busy then some of the others. There is always parking but lately it's been hard to get help if you need it. They are short employees just like everywhere else unfortunately. Returns are pretty simple here. I love the paint department! You can bring in a chip of paint and they say they can match it pretty close. Nice! In the Summer the garden department is wonderful and such a happy place. I think this one is bigger than most of the other Home Depot's I have been to.”
“We had a new water heater installed and it ended up clogging up the pipes making no water come out at all, we called the water guy he said there was nothing he could do, we called the water heating company and the kindest human Lee came out and fixed every single pipe for us even though it’s not part of the job, because my grandfather is sick and he wanted to make sure we could properly care for him. Literally the best person I’ve ever met.”
“I've bought furniture from them before, and it's great. However, when you rent to own something, you end up paying twice what it costs: interest! They do have a 4 month, same as cash, deal you can always take advantage of. I did....I bought 2 recliners for myself and my husband. Paying them off today, getting them cheaper that way.
I would recommend to anyone.
