That being said the number of machines available for cardio and muscle are impressive! I am a very early attendee to the gym so I do not have contact with staff. “I had a great time with Heidi in the strength class (but also got my a** kicked) lol. If you want a good full body workout, this is it! You use weights but can still go at your own pace. Do what your body can handle and if you need that extra motivation, it's there! I was intimidated at first but everyone was so nice and welcoming from the front desk, the instructor and the other class members! I had ACL surgery in October and it's been scary getting physical again (especially in public). I will likely continue to go to this class as I really enjoyed it!”

“Orangetheory Happy Valley is more than a gym to me, it’s home. When I started my journey, I weighed about 204 pounds. Today, I’m around 140, roughly 60 pounds down, and this place has been a huge part of how I got here. The picture says a lot, but what it doesn’t show is the confidence, strength, and consistency Orangetheory helped me build along the way.
The coaches are absolutely next level. Kinidi, Ari, Vicky, and James push you in the best way possible while still making every class feel welcoming, motivating, and fun. They genuinely care, they know your name, they notice your progress, and they celebrate your wins with you, big or small.
The front desk staff deserves just as much love. They are always kind, upbeat, and on top of everything. Special shoutout to Mason, who is truly incredible. Mason goes above and beyond every single day!! Always helpful, always positive (did I mention hilarious)?, and always making members feel supported and seen. The management here is outstanding, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs and how strong the community feels.
I also love the challenges and benchmarks Orangetheory offers. They keep things exciting, give you tangible goals to work toward, and really show you how far you’ve come over time. It’s motivating in a way that never gets boring.
