“The staff at Walmart pharmacy is friendly, caring, and detailed in their work. Amy has went over and above for me several times. Marshall has always been a very attentive pharmacist to where he walked over and asked if everything was okay. Tried others but, returned to stay at Walmart pharmacy.”

“I rarely have to wait long, but I suggest going either right when it opens (at 8 or 9am, depending on the day) or an hour or two before the end of the day (either 6 or 7pm, depending on the day) for better efficiency.
OTC medications available at lower prices than other retail pharmacies.
Plenty of seating for the wait. Tip: always order ahead if possible.
Customer service has always been good during my visits.”

“I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! ??”

“My family has found it difficult in the past few years to find the brand names of medications we need at our normal pharmacy of 20 yrs. They changed to either brands that have horrible side effects from loads of fillers and/or are the size of horse pills. Recently I had to call 4-5 Rx's to locate a suitable brand and enough quantity of a medication that for some reason was suddenly on back-stock order for multiple stores... it was either wait an "unspecified" amount of time, or pay for horse pills that are full of around 90% filler that isn't easy to swallow (one of my kids can't even take them) and all that filler comes with side effects I am personally sensitive to. I have to be really careful with medications or I can experience a host of complications . Thankfully, Bowman's Rx is close and had the right brands and quantities for my family. I always forget they're right here in Hillsdale! We did end up spending more for this necessity, but I don't believe a prescription card was used and the change in pharmacy somehow came with a pre-authorization request to use one of our insurances. Which Bowman's did a great job of communicating about and setting up for next time. Overall the experience was far better than we've been dealing with using other Rx's, where I -just this week- spent 4 hours straight on hold and being hung up on by staff and the phone system, just to refill a script. If you don't have anything holding you back give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised.”
“Best pharmacy ever. They always let me know when my prescription is ready. They let me know when my prescription is being sent to my house. And they conveniently send me my prescriptions.”
“Love Walmart, especially the parking. I never have a problem, there's always a spot right in front of the door. It's a deal-breaker for me if I have to hunt, wait, walk too far, ect. for a spot, bc I'm disabled. I never have any issues at this Walmart.”

“NewEra has been amazing to work with. I’ve gone to other pharmacies before for my IVF medications claiming they were cheaper and they aren’t by a long shot. NewEra is always hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. I love that when I call I can actually talk to the pharmacist about the medications. I had so many questions and they had a nurse I can talk to as well. Her name was Jenna and did the best education for the meds. It helped ease my anxiety so much!I am definitely going to refer all my friends there and if I ever need to go through IVF again I will always be using them.”
“Im excited to have a local independent pharmacy nearby. They are going through some changes, and had to adjust hours and bring on and train new staff. Apart from those bunps I'm overall happy. Love how many languages they speak! However there's been a couple times where there just felt like a level of disorganization and confusion that had been frustrating. Its happened about 2 times in the 8 months ive been a customer.”

And owned by the same company I think but they sure don’t have the same website when ordering to go groceries, I found Fred Meyer‘s to be very difficult to maneuver and finally gave up.”
