“I seldom have to send anything via UPS so this was a new experience for me. Both employees at the desk were helping other customers when I came in. Shortly after, several other customers came in, and I appreciated the calm and unflustered manner each employee maintained as the line grew. “This is a governmental agency who’s been chronically underfunded and understaffed. You are supposed to expect delays and slow delivery times. That said, I have never had a bad experience in this location. All employees are efficient and pleasant. You can now do a very short survey by scanning the QR code on your receipt or the signs inside the building.”
