“I just can't say enough good things about Darrell, Trevor and the rest of the team at Precision. I've been taking my 2003 Audi to them for 17 years and we've been taking our Subaru for several more. With a 21 year old car, I'm sure they've had plenty of chances to do work that wasn't really necessary. I have always found them, though, completely honest and straightforward. Work is done as discussed, in a timely manner, and they are more than happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, they're just nice guys! I will genuinely miss visiting them, as my new car isn't one of the brands they service. (I really considered sticking with one they did!) You can't go wrong here.”
“SVS did an engine rebuild for me. Communication was clear and quick, they did it in one week (could have been faster, but I think they had to wait on a part), engine bay came back super clean, they unexpectedly brought A/C back to life.
Price was reasonable, and they seem very good at what they do.”

They explain repairs they think are helpful or necessary, and most recently, when I ran into a couple problems simultaneously with both my vehicles, they fit them in and facilitated the easiest of drop-offs and pick-ups. Glen keeps me informed on timing for services, and Jim is an active, insightful manager, focused on making our vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. Jim recently helped run down a warranty that made it possible to get an unexpected repair need taken care of for free. This is a great business - and for those of you who have a hard time finding mechanics you can trust, who actually look out for you, you need look no further than Todd's.”
“This is my go to place! I come across town to see them now. I always come in alone and as a girl I have never had any issues or experienced sketchy/questionable behavior from them. They are friendly and great at communicating. They always explain what's going on with my vehicle in detail. They also do not take any extra liberties with repairs before checking with me and explaining my options which is an issue I've had with other mechanics in the past.”

“Recently a message came up on my display screen that an oil change was required (even though by mileage I should have been good another couple thousand miles). Who knows if the company I went to previously actually used 100% synthetic though. I was recommended to Joe by friends and I always like to support fellow vegans whenever I can, so I scheduled an appt for this morning. Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication. He was honest and clear about how everything went with my car and what to do the next time I get a message on my display screen. His prices are reasonable and he is quick too! He does a thorough inspection of the vehicle when he does oil changes and that is great to know when it comes to keeping other functions of the car in good shape. I plan to use Joe/Fairbanks Automotive moving forward for all of my mechanic type needs, and will recommend him/this shop to local friends as well. Also, Awakening Coffee, around the corner, is a super cute spot to do some work/hang out until your car is ready.”
