Pacific Veterinary Clinic
275 Fruitdale Dr, Grants PassMy story with Pacific Vet started about 3 years ago. My female border collie was actively seizing and when I called her actual vet the refused to help her stating they were too busy for her medical emergency. Que Pacific vet, knowing they were less than a mile from me, in a panic I drove there no call or warning. As I carried my seizing dog in the front desk said hold on they are all at lunch so let me go get them. Not 1 but ALL of them rushed to help my girl. They were so gentle, compassionate and stopped what they were doing for us. I then transferred both my dog to Pacific vet and have received the BEST care not just with the dogs but they care about me as their owner. Since then Dr. Robin found a very large tumor around my little girls heart. Her old vet would have pushed to put her down, instead Dr. Robin listened to me and gave me tools to keep her comfortable and because of that I got 2 more years with my angel. On Friday the 13th I had to lay my angel to rest, Dr. Robin and her staff came to my house to put her down so that her brother could be by her side and so that she would be comfortable and in her own home. Lilly was a fighter that day but Dr. Robin and her staff were so patient, kind, caring and compassionate towards her and my family. My girl crossed to rainbow ? bridge peacefully at home with everyone that she loved and that loved her including Dr. Robin who always treated her like her own. Thank you Dr. Robin and Pacific Vet for all that you have done. You guys are absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better vet to care for my babies.

Pacific looked good, so we had our pets records sent their way. Soon after, our old lady cat became ill and they were able to squeeze her in the next day on a Saturday! Everyone from the office manager to the technician Kat (yep!) and Dr.Rebecca were caring, and answered all of our questions. They also got our Miss Katy on the mend!

6450 Williams Hwy, Grants PassMy pooch hurt his leg over the weekend so I called 6 offices who are all booked and can’t take new vets, we are only in town during the summer so our normal vet isn’t in town. Then I called Applegate and despite them also being booked, they went out of their way to fit us in. Dr. Jean is amazing, figured out what was up and was so great at explaining the issue. The staff is so kind and caring, making the experience easy and I’m confident Ollie will be feeling much better soon because of them. 10/10

Been ordering take out for years and have dined in several times. Food is on point and delicious but what makes this restaurant set apart form others is the owner. Staff is welcoming but the owner truly cares about going above and beyond expectations to ensure your dining experience is exceptional. Had a snafu with our order this evening and the gracious owner resolved the trouble with kindness and immediate unexpected resolution. Beyond necessary to correct a minor order error. Just proves that he cares more about a satisfied customer than his bottom line. Lets show him his compassion and delicious menu are indeed noticed and worth the community support.

Aly was up to date on all health checks, and provided us with a super easy puppy buying experience. Our boy Deuce made a seamless transition from training at the park to the duck blind. Great drive in the field, but also a pretty chill dog at home! I’ll be buying from them again.

429 NW Scenic Dr, Grants PassLast week was my first time going to the Rogue Valley Humane Society. The very first thing I noticed was that there wasn't a strong urine/ feces odor.
You are greeted with a smile ehen you first arrive, you sign in, and they take you to the area that you want.
We were looking at one of their kittens. They currently were under some kind of containment, so we needed to wear a gown and gloves. They explained to us how to use them.
We absolutely fell in love with a kitten. They were super patient and kind with us, as we were getting to know this kitten, and the policies of this place.
We decided to adopt her that day. They quickly got the paperwork together that needed to be done, and gave us absolutely all the information you could ever want concerning adopting a cat!
The staff was professional, kind, super knowledgeable, and they were so honest with exactly the type of cat this was. They did everything in their power to make sure that this was a good match for us.
I was also impressed, when you signed the paperwork, you promised that you're going to establish veterinary Care within 10 days of receiving the cat, and they are also going to be doing a home visit in the next 2 to 4 weeks. They truly care about their animals!!
They wrote down specifically when her antibiotic was due, when her next shot was due, when she needed her next fleas treatment. They made it super easy and super clear. I was really impressed!
I will be donating to this animal shelter in the future! Thank you so much Rogue Valley Humane Society!!

Helped me contact animal control to facilitate the full process and loaded their humane trap into my car. Was in and out in 30 minutes and I can rest easy knowing this stray won’t be cold another night. Thank you for your incredible service. It was so easy and fast.
