“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“One of the only times I have gone in for help and was shown impeccable service. Mgr, Blonde, I think Angela. (Sorry for wonky description). She went over my line on my daughters Plan and gave me a price breakdown, even writing it down for me. I was blown away by her patience and persistence on making sure I had a completely clear understanding. I couldn't have been more comfortable and satisfied by her help.
