“I reserved a room for an extended stay. When I arrived Emily noticed I was using a knee scooter with my foot in an orthopedic boot as I broke my ankle requiring surgery. Emily immediately found me a room with a roll-in shower and support bars around the toilet and no additional charge was applied. This made a big difference for me. I find the amenities very good and the staff helpful and friendly.”

“It's definitely touristy, and the food is a bit overpriced, but I can't help but love it!! The concert venue was SO lovely and well organized, the rooms were vibey and comfortable, beer and food delightful.... my partner enjoyed the weirdly small gold course.... I adored Ruby's Spa (I just did the soaking pool).... definitely recommend checking it out.”

“This hotel is amazing. Aside from the comfort, cleanliness, great location and affordable rates, I have to say the staff were my favorite thing about this place. My partner and I messed up with booking our reservation online a couple times and Maxwell, at the front desk, could not have been more helpful and patient. I swear I called the front desk about 10 times in the middle of the night and each time, Maxwell was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The other woman I briefly met in the morning who was working at the front desk, was also very sweet and made everything easy. This was a very stressful trip for me and my partner and the staff, especially Maxwell, made such a huge difference. 10/10 recommend. Give Maxwell a tip if you meet him!”

“The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. My friend and I took advantage of the hot tub and sauna! Perfection!!! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only negatives we had was the lack of hot water! It might have been the day, but it was less than stellar. Lukewarm at best.Other than that, we had an overall great experience!Safety: The key card was required at every door after dark, and that was comforting. We felt safe as 2 women traveling alone.”

“It's not often I get to say this about a hotel, but I really dont have much bad to say about it. It appears recently remodeled. Everything is clean and well kept. Mattress is pillow topped but still quite firm for me. Quite location despite being right next to the highway. There's a Walmart, a couple gas stations, and a few restaurants in the immediate area. Would stay here again.Rooms: Clean, well kept, nicely decorated, quite, good lightingNearby activities: Columbia River gorge”

Rooms are comfortable and clean.Walkability: Pretty easy walking distance to river parks, restaurants, galleries, and more.Food & drinks: Breakfast is included and a few doors down - great selection and service. Lunch, dinner, and coffee interludes all within a few blocks, and run the gamut ftom sushi to great steaks.Noteworthy details: A good hotel in the middle of a walking district in a pretty neat town.”

“This was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. The staff was always courteous and helpful with good senses of humor. The room design was great and gave us an idea for a floor plan above our garage. The breakfast provided plenty of options from eggs, souffles, waffles, cereal, oats, sausage, pastries etc. I highly recommend this place and we will look for Residence Inns on our future travels.”

“The room was typical for IHG.The door lock broke and it took all day to get it fixed. The billing was messed up and charges were improperly added to the room after two days of trying to get it straightened out and a phone call a week later, I finally gave up. Overall it is a decent IHG property with staff needing better training.”

“Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Stayed here for a week before Christmas. It was quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping was amazing. Came in everyday. New fresh towels, garage out, clean fresh sheets. Yes you can hear the train and some traffic but it wasn’t that a bad at all. I’m a light sleeper and it never woke me up. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well. Will stay here again when in town.”

“Sandra and staff were absolutely filled with kindness, and care. They shared vital resources and helped me keep my kiddo entertained by looking for crayons and other heart felt finds. I really needed to take space to have a break with my child and have a few things taken care of and the breaky is always a bonus.”

“This hotel used to be nice, but it has went down hill and I think they replaced some of the good front desk folks with some of the homeless residents from the neighborhood. Even the breakfast went way downhill. Coffee was like drinking water with a hint of coffee. Not recommended. Oh, don't leave anything in your vehicle cause the next morning you may not have it any longer, and the hotel will not do anything about it”

“Decided on this hotel spur of the moment and so glad we did. Check in was easy, room was a bit smaller, but served it's purpose. We didnt ever see the pool, but front desk agent said it was 24 hours! Breakfast was good, make your own waffle bar, can't go wrong with that, but eating area was cramped. The staff was exceptional, We were impressed with the friendly front desk gentleman Darrion. My grand daughter had spilled some juice on the bed and our housekeeper (Elizabeth, same name as my grand daughter) was so helpfull and fun. She made an elephant out of towels for us, and was very kind. They Also had a later check out time than most places. All around good place to stay. If the time should arise that we need a hotel room in portland oregon again. This is most definitely where we would stay.”

“Nice place with breakfast (plenty of options for kids and adults) with a super friendly staff...except a couple of stinkers at the front desk, oh well. The shift manager was helpful and enjoyed getting to know the guests a little. It has free breakfast and a short drive to plenty of local food, wineries, breweries and shopping areas. Clean pool and hot tub with a small exercise room...and plenty of coffee all day, too.”

“Stayed three different times over the last year or so. Remodeled rooms are much nicer. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful.Have a long-term contract and so have been staying in different hotels in the area and this one is definitely one of the better ones—with a remodeled room. Also, having Safeway nearby is good.”

“Thank you we had a nice time while in town. We will be back again. The 2nd tv in the sitting area of the room Magnavox crt tv.. was classic!Rooms: Everything was clean. The hallways had just been shampooed so the halls smelt really bad. Thankfully i had picked up nag champa to burn the smell awAy!Food & drinks: Did not use the restaurant as they opened at noon. To my knowledge these do not serve breakfast!”

“Perfectly adequate for the accommodation type. Friendly staff and ample parking. Google directions aren’t accurate though, there’s no entrance from the arterial road the street address is tied to.”

“Chose this location because a loved one was hospitalized at SW Washington Medical Center and its just over a mile away. Service was excellent. We couldn't program our TV so the clerk had to assist. She was having difficulty because it was a new TV so she ended up having to call someone to help her. It took a great deal of effort on her part but she didn't give up until she got it working well. Even tho we were there over the 4th of July holiday it was relatively quiet. All of the rooms seemed to be occupied but patrons were courteous.”

“Shout out to Elizabeth for being a genuine human. After a long day flying, my crew was exhausted and cranky. Instead of being the average robotic worker at a hotel she was vibrant, informative, honest, kind, and above all a real deal person. It's hard not to admire her pleasant people skills. I really wish more people at their jobs were like her. Thank you. Oh by the way there's a robot that does surveillance at the entrance. It looks similar to a dalek from Dr.Who... I appreciate real people who genuinely care.”

“Stayed here in September 2018. Really disgusting motel with brown walls, and cigarette burns on the bedsheets. The receptionist asked if we wanted the room by the hour which was interesting. My now-husband and I stayed here the day after we met and we fell in love here. My favorite scuzzy motel on the planet.”

“The room was just fine. Not super nice but not creepy or icky at all. For the amazing price I would have expected MUCH WORSE!! I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Also, breakfast was TOTALLY decent, by almost any measure but again, for the price, fantastic. Next time I'm in Portland and need a room, I will DEFINITELY stay here again.”

“Reasonable cost. Comfortable beds. A little tricky to get into their parking lot. There is a gate and ticket kiosk at both entrances. Wasn't sure if we were going into the right place. $10 per night parking fee.”

“Impressive cleanliness of exterior and Hotel overall. Staff truly helpful. The current Management is Security conscious, and lockable Gates protect the Parking areas. Our remodeled, very clean room a great surprise. TV, fixtures and good kitchenette appliances all worked. Dog owners cleaned up after Pets, and guests were quiet andpleasant. Travel frequently, and this affordable stay was near perfect. Breakfast Euro-style: Muffins, cereals, fresh Coffee and Teas.”

“Absolutely love this hotel. It's small, privately owned, and tucked away in a safer area. Location is great. I also want to emphasize that this hotel is in a very SAFE area. No crime very few of any homeless lurking so your vehicle is safe here as are you. The nicest Walmart in all of the metro is right across the street. Shopping retailers are within 1.5 miles. Grocery retailers as well. Rates are reasonableand rooms are CLEAN!!!! Staff is amazing and small so you get to know Buck, Shanelle, Shelly, and Leroy. They're all very nice and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. I've frequented it for over a year. Highly recommend and will be back anytime I return to Portland. Recommend for business travel( short or long-term), short family stay( no pool or restaurant). There are alot of places near by. With children in tow, I wouldn't spend more than a weekend here. It's a 2-star hotel no real amenities other than coffee and fresh ice water are complimentary 24/7.”
