The place was clean and almost every time I had to go I had the place to my self so never had to worry about parking or congestion like you do at other storage units. When you complete your reservation online, your unit is waiting with the lock inside. Gate access is accessible through The mobile app which is nice and convenient also. No complaints here!”

“This is one of the better U-Haul rentals that I have been to. The process was quick and easy, and one can leave one's car in their parking lot for a while. The return process was also painless. Everyone, I dealt with, was helpful. The trucks and the van that I rented were clean too. The reason that they lost one star is because every time I went there (three times in a month) one or more employees where not wearing a mask. It made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to touch their equipment. It even more critical with Omicron now that no one's breath and breath droplets be on any surface that the customer might touch...”
“I'm not sure how many people work at this location on a daily basis, not sure they don't need a couple more people. Because it was busy at pick up and drop off. I didn't have to wait long for pick up or drop off. Everyone was running like crazy.. Good customer service and friendly!!”
