“Brought my whole family here recently and one of their managers Caylik helped us through all the deals and getting shoes. He shows that he enjoys his job and knows a lot about all the brands so if you come in ask for him. They had a great selection of products, my only problem was the small youth section. Other than that a great experience!”
“I'd take Nextt over Goodwill or Plato's any day. Great prices, huge selection, welcoming staff. So many reviews are about the selling experience - but it's a locally owned store that can only hold so much inventory. I've never left the store empty handed.”
“Ross has security at the door, and they only allow so many customers in the store at a time. The store was clean, but the checkout is very slow. However, they have lots of socks and that was the reason for our visit”

“I wanted to give a shout out to the sales associate, Kim, at this location. My 87 year old mother found a jacket she liked at another location, but they didn't have her size. I called around, and no store had it in stock and it wasn't available online. Kim at the the Gresham location was able to locate the size we needed in New York, and connect me with the a sales associate there, and they maild the jacket just in time for Mother's Day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us!”
