“This place is such a gem. If you are In Astoria or any surrounding city it is worth making a stop. The Hoboken and Pastrami sandwiches are what I got. They are the best cold cut sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is fresh baked every day and the ingredients sliced to order. My girlfriend got the salami and roasted red pepper panini. The way the flavors danced on my tongue was as if Beethoven rose from the dead and wrote a 10th symphony.”

“Our first visit to Main Street Market in Warrenton today! Staff very friendly. Went specifically to check their meat department. Very pleased with what we found. Found a few other items also! Will be back. Fully support hometown stores!!”
“Came for the carrot cake based on reviews and was fairly underwhelmed. The copious frosting was great as I love frosting but the cake lacked any real flavor. The macaroon on the other hand was amazing! I'll be back for macaroons and to try other items for sure.”

“Sids is the best hometown grocery store, I love it. It has prices that are to be expected in a small town, yet it will always put things on sale, pertaining to the weekend, ie chips, pop, hotdogs etc, for 4th of July. The closest chain grocery store is about 20 miles, and you will travel into Oregon to get there. Sids has new owners and they have changed it, quite a bit. A lot more options now.”

“With a view of a great mural on the side of the building next door, what a great place to have an excuse to stop! A couple of bikers from Portland OR so kindly pumped my gas for me (a paraplegic old grandma) when I had to stop with just a whisper of fumes left in my tank. How good that there are such good people in the world.”

“A shout out to Warrenton Fred Meyer Jeweler and a heads up about Longview Fred Meyer Jeweler. Warrenton is where my ring was purchased and after a couple sizing send offs and fixing of the black rhodium, I was happy with the ring. After moving to Longview, I had to take it in to the Fred Meyer Jeweler in Longview to have a prong fixed. It took longer than the two weeks time frame. When it was ready, I went to get it and the prong was still catching. Sales rep tried to say it was. Trying to give benefit of the doubt and went home only to have it catch again. Went back the next day and insisted they fix it. So they have me wait for the manager of the jewelry department to get back from lunch. She asks what we expect to have happen. Bluntly put, I want the prong fixed so the stone isn’t lost. The warranty that cost extra covers these repairs. Manager takes it to back room to the jeweler and then brings it back out…prong still catching. When that was pointed out, she said the jeweler can’t feel it due to burnt fingers from the job. We pointed out that it’s literally cracking by rubbing against my sleeve. Manager grabs ring and goes back to the back room. You hear muffled talking, noise, what sounds like steam and the jeweler takes off out of the back room. Then the manager brings me my ring and they literally ground off the raised portions of all four prongs, caused damage to the stone, and basically ruined my ring. At that point, it was pointless to continue to try to have a peaceful transaction. At this point the ring has been gone more then I had it. I wish I would've gotten a photo of the side by side.
Well today we went to the Warrenton location and explained everything. When she saw my ring she was appalled. She went to the back and got another one of the same. When held side by side I saw just how badly Longview Fred Meyer had mutilated my original ring. Because of the warranty, Warrenton is completely replacing my ring and resizing the replacement and I should have the replacement within two weeks. The worst part is that Longview location is known for their lack of customer service and mine is definitely not the only jeweler they’ve destroyed.”

“Walked really far to go to their competition. The competition refused service because they have no dog policy My service dog was in vest, doing her job so we walked here. They had no problem with me or my service dog! They have great prices on vapes! Also the guy smiled and made me feel like he wanted my business .they also sold me a lotto ticket and I won $50 last year.”

“I've been staying in a hotel close to this store the last few days while visiting and have been happy with them. The staff have been pleasant and helpful. I've gone in each morning for coffee and it's been fresh each and every day. I've also popped in and grabbed a couple Mike's 'hard' drinks or Modelo's in the single cans and they're plenty cold. Average prices for the area from what I've seen. Very pleased!”

“Mostly good and competent. They used to allow you to schedule a refill for same day pick-up in the app, however, it would never be ready when you would request it to be. I miss being able to schedule for same day pick-up, but I do not miss being irritated at it usually taking anywhere from 15-45 min for them to fill it after I arrive. Phone is the best way for these guys, just a heads up though, they are not particularly fond of phone calls either. 🫲😐🫱 4 stars because they are dependable.”

“I live right down the road from this place and I am in here all the time. I've seen a lot of workers come and go, some good and some bad. The prices may not always be great, but honestly we have to remember they are right down the road from the KOA and Fort Stevens, so they're gonna charge a little extra for the tourists coming through. I've learned to just go there for what ya need and you won't spend more than you want! The workers are friendly, especially the ones now. The girl who works most evenings is super friendly and she loves chatting with me. The guy is super nice and always greets me and makes small talk, even when I know he probably doesn't want to.
We all have had our bad experiences here, but all in all they are a good local place and they have nice people working there right now. I appreciate even having a mini mart so close to home, it's incredibly convenient to not have to drive all the way into Warrenton when I just want one drink. Can't complain about that!”
