“This Ace location has been fantastic to interact with and buy from! They honored a deal a manufacturer had on mowers where other locations wouldn't, and worked with me to order an out-of-stock item through a rain cheque. I even got the next-best model because the item was OOS indefinitely!

Even more improvements here at the best Home Depot around! If they don’t have it they’ll get it for you.
I left a pretty critical review a couple months back. I deleted that negative review in order to give this store credit where credit is obviously due.

“I had a great experience at this location. I was there looking to buy a fridge. Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to go there for my next purchase!”

“We had a new water heater installed and it ended up clogging up the pipes making no water come out at all, we called the water guy he said there was nothing he could do, we called the water heating company and the kindest human Lee came out and fixed every single pipe for us even though it’s not part of the job, because my grandfather is sick and he wanted to make sure we could properly care for him. Literally the best person I’ve ever met.”
