“I had a great experience at this location. I was there looking to buy a fridge. Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to go there for my next purchase!”

“10 out of 5 stars. I'm in my 50's, and I don't think I've ever had better service than what I have received at this Ace. This is our neighborhood hardware store, and I've been coming here for years. It is ALWAYS super clean, organized, well-stocked and well-staffed with excellent service. It gets 5 stars just for it's normal fantastic daily operations. However, I am leaving this review now because on Thurs, April 11th 2024, the crew working that evening, along with the Manager/ Owner?, went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. They spent a considerable amount of time and made a huge effort to help solve my problem, and in this day and age, you don't see that kind of chivalry often. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help me. If you are looking for small-town, friendly, trustworthy service by knowledgeable professionals, this store is it. Thank you HV Ace!”
