“Excellent experience. Rarely have I come across a business and owner who hits all the marks... the team at Factor Wheel does excellent work with excellent customer service. Jim was fantastic. Flexible to get the restoration of my four wheels moving quickly. Also the work was done when he said! No bull there, just did what he said he would do. The wheels came back looking new and all the scratches and ware were gone.

“The service and team here are amazing!!! They all work hard and get you what you need! Their usual flat tire repair is under 30 min usually like 15 or 20 minutes if they are not super busy. They sell new tires and used. The flat repair is i think like $20 to $30 dollars, but you are in and out of there. Les Schwab you are usually there 1 to 2 hours.
I just bought 2 tires for my Toyota Sienna AWD Van from here. Total cost for new tires and install $250.00. Les Schwab wanted almost 700 dollars. Big difference.

Messaged him around 7pm while they were closed saying that I have time today this week to come down to Oregon from Washington to grab wheels, got there around 10:15pm!
He was very kind, put brand new wheels and tires for me, balanced them, new sensors, and even put my old wheels in my bed.

“Les Schwab in Milwaukie is the best customer serviced based repair shop I've experienced in years. I had a terrible experience with 2 of their other stores; HWY 212 in Clackamas and NE Division St. in Portland. First off, I had an account on HWY 212 and bought $1200.00 in new tires. 2 of them leaked air and went flat every week for months. When I asked them to fix the problem they said my wheels were bad and needed to buy another $1200.00 for new wheels. Out of frustration I called the Milwaukie center, asked them if they would warranty 212's work and they said yes. I immediately transferred my account to them where they fixed the wheel problem by simply cleaning them with the tires off. I haven't had a problem since and it's been 2 years.
Then, last year my daughter had a tire problem on her little car and contacted the Division St. store. They told her she needed $1200.00 in new tires. That's what I paid for my big truck! So I contacted Milwaukie and got a new quote for $400.00 for a full set. I added my daughter to my account and will never visit the other two stores again. They're both criminal in their charges!”

“I have been to Les Schwab many times. EVERY time they have gone out of their way to help, if they are able. The service is exceptional, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and so, so helpful. I get my tires checked and aired for free, they have never, as far as I have been able to tell, tried to sell me something I didn't need or pressure me in any way. They have most tires in stock, even mine for an old Scion. The prices are comparable, I have checked. I had the 2nd flat in about as many weeks today and, when the place I stopped at, wasnt able to help satisfactorily, Les Schwab came to me. I beyond grateful to the staff, and especially Margo, for all the help I received at this location. This is where I'm coming from now on, if at all possible. Truly a great company! THANK YOU LES SCHWAB IN NE ON 82ND!!!”
