“After a long drive for my 50 bday and plans being canceled due to weather decided to get a room stopped by here and Leticia made my night she got me a room and was very friendly and professional throughout the process she apologized for the drive and for my canceled plans and made up for it with a bday bag of snacks she said happy birthday very sweet soul!! The room was great and got a good nights rest!! Thanks Leticia for making me laugh and making my night a better one!! God Bless you Girl !!”

“Clean IHG. I always stay here when coming through town. The gym is very spacious and has all the equipment you would want.
Only put a 4 for location as it is on the main highway. I travel for work so this is a little off the main road BUT if you are looking to stay in Hermiston this is a great location as it is close to grocery stores and town.”

“Fantastic stay! Got a double queen on top floor Saturday night in July for less than $175. Got drink vouchers for the adults and kids! Front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming. The pool was great! Ice machine on same floor just down the hall by the elevator! Easy access to our car right out the door from the elevator. Breakfast was great too, hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and waffles! I can see why the place is rated the way it is. The only knock that I will mention is the water pressure in the shower. Still a fantastic stay and would stay there again.”
