“I needed to get some new boots for my job and have always preferred Danner over every other brand. I visited the store in Tanasbourne and was assisted by Cason in making my purchase. He informed me on what boots would suit me the best for my line of work and made recommendations on what boots I should go with. I was so pleased with the boots that he recommended that I wound up ordering a second different pair! I had trouble with the package delivery and spoke with Melanie over the phone and she was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for me. Not only are the boots top of the line but the employees are too. Highly recommend stopping in and having a look around!”
“What a fantastic experience! I am from North Carolina and was visiting my stepdaughter. I absolutely hate shopping for bras but desperately needed new ones. And I had no idea what size I even wear now. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Hanna(h). She measured me, brought me different styles to try on and EVEN SPELLED MY NICKNAME RIGHT: LIBBY!!! I left feeling so uplifted! And with 3 wonderful, well-fitting bras ordered! I would absolutely go back if I lived in Portland! Highly recommend!!”

“I want to give a major shout out to Shabrea at the Famous Footwear in The Esplanade (Forest Grove, OR). She gave us the best customer service I’ve ever had at a retail store in my 45 years on this planet. I was so moved by her attention to us that I came back the next day to get her name and ask if there was a way to give her recognition, but she said no because she was an assistant manager. So I’m doing a google review in hopes that she and anyone she works for sees this. And to any other customers I’m sure you will find her service as welcoming, helpful and kind as well. In general, I’ve only had good experiences at this location, but Shebrea is a solid employee and you are lucky to have her.”
“Went on a Saturday to J.Jill just to see what type of items they have at in their store. The product they carry are closing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Most of the items are for women who are a little bit older in age, I would say.The layout of the store was quite nice, there was lots of walking space. Items were clearly labeled and price. I would say the prices are a little bit on the higher side. They do carry a variety of sizes, including plus size.The employees who work there are quite friendly and welcome you when you walk through the door.I would definitely recommend this store for women in their mid-thirties and above.”

“I shop here often, yes for shoes. They have bags and some small items you could buy as gifts like stocking staffers. I will arrive to the store with a particular shoe style in mind and go from there. The aisles are very well organized so youre not being forced to look at sandals when you need heels. There's a men's selection too.”
