“I had an online order for some shorts on clearance get canceled due to lack of inventory. Online customer service told me to pound sand. I called this store and spoke with Dustin. He took care of it and got me the shorts I ordered at the price i paid. Dicks sporting goods is lucky to have people like Dustin and I will be back to buy more running gear because of him.”
