“Josue was really knowledgeable while still being friendly and easy going. It definitely made the process feel simple, smooth, and seamless. He explained everything about the new phone, the ordering and shipping process, and how the trade in works. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything extra, but he still made me aware of sales and deals going on. Honestly, a 10/10 experience the entire way through! The other worker, she was also an absolute sweetheart, warm and conversational. I feel terrible I can't recall her name, I believe it began with a 'K'. Knowing each time I go in, I will see the same people is reassuring also. :)”
