I had a great experience, Roy knows all about the tools. I bought a chainsaw from him. He's really nice and he knows his stuff. I will always go back to Roy's store to purchase stihl products.

I called asking for some spark plug replacements (my engine is extremely picky about its spark plugs). They got me a few upgraded plugs and installed them that day. I am very thankful for the stock and high quality parts they have. Thank you!
