“Participated in the fly fishing 101 class today and had fun learning how to cast, the difference between lines, types of lures, and overall neat tips and tricks to make fishing of all types easier. The class was free and there is a fly fishing 201 that I am excited for. Chris and Brian were kind and knowledgeable- couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Exactly as it says - master tailor. I had the sleeves of a new sport coat shortened by another tailor who did a poor job, leaving the buttons too close to the edge - a way to ruin the look of an expensive sport coat.
I found Silvian at European Master Tailor, and he redid the sleeves perfectly. It was 100% worth the cost. His expertise and attention to detail are hard to find, and I highly recommend him.”

They have the coolest staff, and many different sections with different curated vibes (I’ve found my favorite sellers and sections over the years). “This place has great vibes, great prices, and great inventory. The rooms just kept appearing and we spent over an hour just perusing!! Plus they have a little bookshelf with some bangers, a selection of funny repurposed trophies, and art! This place really has it all. “I didn’t buy anything from there but my husband and I were lost. They pulled up a map and helped us by telling us exactly where to go. They let my husband use the bathroom and even noticed our bag with leftovers was leaking and ripping. They offered us a bag. “The Cotopaxi store front in PDX has blown my expectations away when it comes to customer service. I have always felt welcome, and the help I need. I switched over to just purchasing Cotopaxi for hiking gear for the great products/color design, but more so the employees working at the PDX shop. “Fabian was extremely helpful. They were behind on tailoring (to not fault of their own. One of the tailors got sick) and I had to leave for a wedding two days after I was supposed to pick up my suit. I came into the store and talked with Fabian and he was able to help me with my specific situation and get my my suit on time. If you visit, ask for Fabian! Extremely knowledgable and friendly.”

“Sue was very patient with me as I tried on many pairs of boots before honing in on the perfect pair. Definitely was worth coming to the store as opposed to getting something online, as my feet are different sizes. Very happy with my boots and the service! Also nice to get a handshake and a personalized experience which is hard to find in retail stores anymore.”
