I’ve been looking for a place like this to support since moving to the Valley from a bigger city.When I first came into RV Pet my puppy was experiencing regular and absolutely terrible gas as well as bad diarrhea. I was looking to switch up his food but I was completely lost on what to do. Kalea was so helpful and shared sympathy and compassion for what my pup was going through as well as the aftermath that my husband and I were having to experience. She pointed us to try Nutro Source and was so knowledgeable about the product and why we should give it a try for our issues. She made us feel so comfortable in going with her suggestions and welcomed us as first time customers with a little extra treat. It was such a warming experience that I knew even if this food option didn’t do the trick we had become apart of the Rogue Valley Pet pack and would be regular shoppers! And I am happy to report that after just a week of safely transitioning our pups food we began to see, and smell, a huge difference!!! It’s been a couple of months now and every time I feed my pup I thank Kalea for helping us completely eliminate our pups belly issues! I now exclusively shop at RV Pet and have canceled our 3 year relationship with Chewy ?

A Precious Pet
256 Vashti Way, MedfordI called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.

The Groomery
1024 Court St Ste C, MedfordI was traveling from out of town and my dog desperately needed glands expressed. This wonderful groomer took me in last minute on the busy Saturday and quickly took care of the job and then washed my dog tail for me which stunk.
In addition, they were very knowledgeable on this issue and I learned a lot waiting my 10 minutes.

Complete Pet Grooming
2728 W Main St, MedfordLeslie was AMAZING! My mom and I struggled with getting our 4yr old German Shepherd Mazie groomed until we found her! My mom took her to Petco for a while but they either always cancelled or didn’t do a good job AT ALL. See, Mazie was a covid pup and wasn’t able to be socialized a lot as a puppy, so she had a hard time with new people until she got to know them, also we just found out 2 weeks ago that Mazie had stage 4 cancer and had it for a long time without us even knowing or her having any symptoms, so I’m positive that it had played a part in her not liking new people and coming off sort of aggressive. BUT, when we talked to Leslie, she made a special appointment just for Mazie to where she could be the only dog there to get groomed to make her comfortable!! Not only did she do that for her and us, but she did one of the most AMAZING jobs at grooming Mazie!!! Mazie is, (or now was ? RIP MAZIE) a long-haired shepherd, so her hair was always getting matted up, especially her butt-fluff lol. But Leslie bathed and brushed her so well that her fur was smooth, shiny, knot-free to the point where y you run your fingers through nicely! The best grooming appointment ever!! And Mazie liked Leslie instantly, so that was a definite plus for us because she didn’t need her muzzle for the appointment. We didn’t worry about her with Leslie, and it was so nice to not have to worry about our pup or the person grooming her.
We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Leslie a million times over, especially if you have a dog with anxiety! We had planned to continue to taking Mazie to her for years, but unfortunately Mazie did not have years left ?, she didn’t even have a month. Mazie is missed soooo much, and we are truly grateful that her last grooming appointment was her best one. So, Thank you to Leslie, and thank you to this business! I will recommend you to everyone.
Also, the pictures posted are before her appointment and some 2 weeks after her appointment.
(We didn’t get any right after appointment because she was so excited and too playful and just wanted to enjoy those moments with her)

She was thoughtful in explaining the euthanasia process and very compassionate. It is so nice that she makes it possible to say goodbye in the comfort of home. He gave our animals top notch care while not pressuring us into costly and unnecessary tests and medicines. We have since moved to Portland and have yet to find a vet that compares to the care we received from Dr. Poet. I hope this place continues on in the legacy they have built for many years to come! It's a bit of a drive from Eagle Point, but well worth it. The staff and all of the different doctors I have seen over the years have been great. Very pleased with their care for my pets.

My bestie ordered the Wagyu beef brisket, which had a Mexican twist--an ancho chili barbecue sauce, tomatoes, and capers! My flounder dish was unforgettable, though I can't recall the exact accompaniments. The fish was drizzled with a delicious soy-based broth, and both my husband and I agreed it was the standout dish of the night. We also tried the fried pork belly (no photo) and passion fruit panna cotta! This panna cotta was unlike any I've ever had--absolutely delicious! Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!

We ordered the buffalo ranch nachos and subbed their chipotle tofu for the jackfruit - awesome!!
