“I've always loved this place because they gladly accept & reuse packing materials. Today I wanted to mail a package & I like to go here because they offer all three options USPS, UPS & Fed Ex. Today Omar made my day. Going above & beyond he helped me get the best shipping option which ended up with me needing a new box. Not only did he take the time to make sure my package was packed safely, he help me pack it & even threw in a special treat! Just above & beyond! “Thank you for getting done my printing.
I was at fedex store first but they said they were too busy to do this (must be packing but I was the only customer there) in a rude way.
So, I stopped by my go-to Ups store this morning. Young lady took me first and started trying to figure out how to edit it to fit to the paper size I wanted.
And the other gentleman who was Hispanic? (curly hair -I’m writing this hoping the owner read this ) took it to his computer, edit the size, made me a sample to make sure. They were busy, a lot busier than fedex, I felt bad when many people came in, but no frustration, they were always very pleasant. They were multitasking and smiling to customers.
And he got it done for me.
We don’t get this kind of customer service everywhere any more.
Thank you very much. You made my day.”

“Upon fifth experience, can someone at UPS please read this and address this ongoing situation? Please share this info. It would be awesome if UPS provided a feedback method on your website to share experiences with poor UPS delivery via the UPS tracking number. It would also be awesome if your corporate shipping support department understood words like Suite. Seems like a word that should be within the lexicon of someone working in the shipping industry. Also, I shouldn't have to call back four times to reach someone with a functional phone that can process shipping instructions. I don't know why our UPS driver does not know how to deliver an item to a secure building. The instructions are very clearly provided in Amazon shipping instructions. One would think it would be logical that you go to the lobby and ask Security to take you to a secure floor. I should not have to keep providing these instructions. One would think a shipping company would have building instructions to make successful deliveries. I should also not be seeing a UPS log of delivery attempt made when none was made. The log should also not say business was closed when the business was not closed. Please improve your processes.”

I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”

“Well, ya know, it's the USPS. It's not a restaurant or a nail salon. They don't work for tips, and it's a hard job, even when you don't have to deal with the public. But who else is going to take a hand addressed letter from a 12 year old in Brooklyn, PDX, and deliver it to, idk..say... Perth. For $0.45? Anyone??..that's right, nobody but the USPS. This is our little neighborhood post office, and I, for one, appreciate their hard work. Also, I've never had an issue or seen anyone have an issue here at this particular branch. Smells fine, too.”
