“Love the Costco is Clackamas, OR. The store is always well stocked, clean, and the lines move at a brisk pace. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, especially when adult purchases are made in the self-checkout area. A+++!”

I didn't really have any clue what was possible, but Dawn was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and offered a few different units and we found something that worked for everyone.

“Someone has mentioned before about the abysmal customer service at this location and I must agree whole heartedly. The employees at this location are short, rude, and don’t seem to really want to help customers with their necessities outside of checking their Costco card upon arrival. Corporate will be getting a call as we pay way too much in Gold membership and at that location for people to act so rude towards paying customers. Especially the tall, bald gentleman who is usually overseeing the self checkout area. We will be addressing this with corporate.
Update: one phone call and Alex took care of us promptly and with a phenomenal attitude. The expeditiousness in handling my concerns by the administrative staff has made me change my review back to a 5 star. Good customer service, that’s all we ask for. (PS, I worked retail for years before my current career path, I understand the necessity of maintaining good customer service, hopefully some employees take heed.)”
“I am beyond satisfied with the expertise and service provided to me by the very knowledgable and nice mattress expert Bill at the Hillsboro Esplanade Bed Mart. He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed. Second delivery was also perfect. I also found the quality of the pillows, mattress pad and sheet bundle I got with each mattress to have great added value. I went to other stores before Bed Mart and just didn’t feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. The options can be overwhelming but Bill made it easy. If you want to sleep well, get great value and super service buy from Bill Johnson at the Hillsboro Esplanade Bed Mart.”

“I purchased a reclining sofa from Fred Meyers last year. About 10 months after, one of the springs on the recliner handle broke. I reached out to Fred Meyers and they provided me with Furniture Connexion & Porter Designs for my warranty. I spoke with Tony Newman and he immediately sent out the replacement part. Fast forward two months later (now January 2023), and the frame separated on the back right side. This caused the arm to sag. I reached out to Mr. Newman once again, and after a few emails he sent out Big Sky Upholstery NW to come out and fix it. It was a 15 minute fix! Both Tony Newman and Big Sky Upholstery NW have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company not only for their products, but for the customer service as well. Good customer service is hard to come by now days, and they go above and beyond.”
“I first ordered the City Rover 700 bike headlight in December 2023. It served me well for 18 months. I originally bought it for my road bike, but when I saw how powerful it was, I started using it for my ebike too. I was bummed when I went to charge it one day, and the charging port had broken inside the light. I reached out to Portland Design Works about it the issue. I explained the issue, and Mollie had a replacement light out for me within a day! I appreciate PDW’s exceptional product and customer service. They will be one of my first stops when looking for new bike accessories in the future.”

“Sent in a leatherman wave for pliers repair, not only did the repair pliers but also cleaned tool, replaced a bunch of odds and ends that were worn out, sharpened all blades, sent it in maybe 3 weeks ago and just got it back today completely impressed by the amazing job they did (marked sentimental by calling them because i rushed through warrenty claim and was told i was smart for calling as they would have likely replaced tool instead) thought it would be gone for months so went and bought a surge and cant say enough about that tool either, but very impressed at the customer service as well couldn't ask for a better experience, needless to say I will be a customer for life”

“Easy place to deliver, go in through the main gate, stop at the far end of the building, go into the line haul office, give them the paperwork, drop in any open spot you want, and they even have a separate area specifically for empty trailers with seals denoting the trailer being empty. I've only delivered here twice but it's by far the most stress free FedEx to deliver to.”

“7.15.2025...I checked in at 215a for my 3a appt. You may have to call the number shown at guardbooth to check in. The cool gentleman met me in the lot and took my bills. He gave me a door right away. However he advised not to break seal until he came out to advise. Once he comes out, you'll have to do a WALMART type of disconnect from trailer. He came out around 436a . I had bills im hand at 610a. There is limited parking on streetside or nearby truckstops.”
