“From the first phone call I made when Steve talked to me about what was available and held a spot for a few days while I made my way to Oregon from Texas to help my mother move until my third (and I hope for a while at least final!) trip to our new storage locker, my experience with Storage Depot in Dallas was excellent. The whole place is incredibly clean, the systems work beautifully, and Steve was honest, straightforward, and practical. Five stars and then some!”
“Fantastic storage facility. Easy access, great sized units for the price. Jelea is the manager here who has always been kind to me and provides excellent customer service.”
“Andrea is the most helpful person you can imagine. She knows everything about the process of getting set up and is so friendly. It was really such a nice experience talking with someone so pleasant and welcoming!”
“The owner helped with hitching up the trailer for me and got the pictures of license plate, etc. That was nice and helpful. It took a little stress off of me for my long day ahead with the move.”
“5 stars. The manager truly went above and beyond for me. She called me personally to make sure everything would be ready for my arrival, quickly helped with my lock, access, refund, and lease paperwork, and was incredibly responsive the entire time. You rarely get this kind of customer service anymore — it genuinely felt like family treatment. Super helpful, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!”
“I'm really glad I went with this location for my uhaul rental. Super friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help me recover a dog bed I left in one of the trucks. Thank you so much!”
“No room at the in when we tried to get in but.my parents have one so we are using theirs since we live by Godsey. Kind employees and kept very clean. Love this place.”

“This is a great place to rent a unit. I just got word that the individual that over saw everything out there has passed away. It is still a great facility but please be patient while the newcomer is taking over the responsibilities on site. She is very approachable.”
