“Came here yesterday to cash a check around 1:00PM. There was no line thankfully! The teller helping me was quick to do what I needed and didn't try to make any extra conversation which I appreciated. Some banks tend to spend more time than needed taking to you about your day, job, etc. this isn't my usual Wells Fargo that I go to but I had to since I was in the area. If I'm back in the area I'll definitely stop by here to do what I need!”

“This location is near my work. Usually swing by here to deposit the occasional physical check I received. It can get busy as it's on a main road, but I'm lazy so I prefer to just wait in the drive-through. The same woman is usually working the drive-through in the afternoon (at least that I've encountered) and she is always friendly/polite.”

“They have a drive through with a real person in it! Dog treats and cookies available in the lobby. Tellers are all really nice and willing to go the extra mile. Even when waiting for our checks to get processed, they kept coming up making sure we knew they were still actively working on the issue. Bank lobby itself is bright and clean. Excited to hopefully make this our regular branch.”

The staff remembers me and where I work and always asks how I am and takes the time to make conversation. I don't feel like just a transaction when I come in to this branch. I have had bad service at other locations, but never here!”

“Happy this branch reopened in May of 2022 after closing down during Covid. They are close to my gym so its super convenient on those very rare occasions when I need to visit a branch in person. Service is very friendly, so friendly in fact because there are hardly any customers and you can tell they are happy to have an interaction. Years ago I utilized this branch when buying a condo out of state and needed a Notary to witness me signing documents and I needed to wire money. The person who assisted me was thorough and organized making the process go smoothly. Parking is easy right on NE Weidler. They have an ATM on Weidler as well.”

“Haven't been inside of a WF branch since Covid, but was trying to get a temporary debit card due to a suspicious charge at a local store. After closing the card I was told it would be 7-10 business days to get the replacement and had to have an appointment to go into a branch and have them issue one. Made an appointment at this branch and was told I would get a reminder call the morning of the appt. Although I did not get a call I went to the branch anyway . Was greeted by a friendly man and told him I had an appt but had forgot my wallet at home and could get it quickly as I live close by. He asked me to have a seat and I waited a few minutes when a woman came up to ask what I needed. I told her and explained my lack of a Drivers License and that I had to have it to take care of my business and I could be back in few minutes . When I returned the woman greeted me again and took me to her desk area where there was a chair 6 ft away, keeping me Covid safe! Her name was Rini and she was very helpful and tried her best to solve my issue which ended up not working out due to an expired DL. I was trying to pay online for my renewal of my DL when I discovered the charge that left me with less than $20 in my account. Hence the replacement card. I was expecting my SS to be deposited in a day or two and Rini said to email her when it arrived and she would help me get cash out until my card arrived. I emailed her yesterday asking if I could use an access code at the ATM to withdraw cash and she said yes. It wasn't the best resolution but it was the only one at the time and I was very grateful. I was able to get some shopping done before the bad storm last night and received an email that my card was on its way! Thank you Rini for you help and quick response to my email. It's bankers like you that ease the stress of those bumps in the road of life that keep your customers happy! Good job! I will reach out to Rini in the future for help when needed.”
