“My situation was tricky. I inherited a Kenwood amp from my dad that had issues. I went back and forth to Doug to get the issue resolved for a few months. Unfortunately the amp couldn't be repaired due to intermittent issues, but Doug was generous with his time and knowledge, patient with my frustration and ended up giving me a full refund. Would definitely recommend.”

“This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “Over the years I have had Stereo King do several projects for me. Before Christmas this year I contacted Anthony with an upgrade for our truck. I dropped it off the next day. I basically gave him a “budget” and an idea but free rein to do whatever. We tweaked our original plans to make it bigger and better . Corey did a phenomenal job! Anthony was so helpful for my non electronic self, stayed in contact the whole time. When I picked it up Corey came out we went through what we did to make sure I was happy before I even entered the store! Those two are the absolute best and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I would never go to anyone else !”

“I placed an order for several items on October 26, 2023. I received my items a week later with free shipping. All my items arrived well packaged and accounted for.Fast forward to today, 11/15/2023. I went detecting with my new gear, which were the Nokta finds pouch, I bought two of them. While out detecting today, I noticed that one of my pouches had a manufacturing defect. One of the zipper pockets was actually stitched together and it would not open to the pocket. I came home and called out to the store and got Bob and his associate on the line. Let me tell you, they immediately apologized and are sending me out a new pouch. They were super nice and helpful. Very very easy process, I wish all customer service issues were handle this easily.Also, I was on the market for the Nokta Legend LG 12x9 coil. I searched all over and could not find it. I do not like to use Amazon because I like to support US small businesses for my hobby purchases. These guys had in stock and got it out to me. Outstanding website, outstanding customer service, and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be using them for my metal detecting needs!!Update: As I am writing this review, my new pouch has already shipped and I was sent a notification and tracking number. “I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”
