I’ve just gotten my second auto loan through Oregonians, and absolutely love what they offer and how easy they make the process, from the pre-approval step (thank you Kailee Wood!) all the way to securing the loan (thank you Emily Purdy and team!). “Very helpful tellers who work with you and are kind, only thing I don't like about this bank now is that they support and partner with this Drag for Kids shows, I do not support that at all and just may be changing banks soon to a place much closer to Central Oregon.”
“If there were a 6 star option, I’d give them 6 stars. I’m a small business owner during the pandemic, and tried to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program through my own bank, thorough a secondary bank, and even banks I didn’t have an account with, in hopes to land funds to sustain our business through these times. None, I repeat none even came close to the preparedness, professionalism, simplicity of process, communication level, or understanding of the programs as Lewis & Clark Bank. My gratitude for Patrick and his professionalism in our time of need is beyond words. Always responsive, a direct email and phone number to talk to a person, proved to be the golden ticket, while other banks online portals left other businesses applications unfulfilled until it was too late. I could continue. 6 stars for them.”
“I'm giving the 5 stars solely to the manager of the Oregon City branch. We've had problems with the bank itself and she was incredibly patient and helpful in solving one particular issue. She should be given a raise for her willingness to go above and beyond to make things right for us.”
“Very poor experience trying to refinance a new car. Due diligence wasn’t done even though I provided all the information and stated this was a new car that I hadn’t received yet that I would be refinancing. Wasn’t told that registration would be required to refinance with them until after they had already hard pulled my credit with their refinancing application. Can’t go through with the application even with my current lienholder provided a temporary registration card while I’m waiting for the actual registration to come in from the dmv. Application is expiring before I receive the registration. Now my credit score is 40 points lower due to the hard pulls and reapplying won’t give me the same rate as before.
Edited to 4 stars. Was given the wrong information again that I would have to reapply at a higher rate. Luckily after speaking again to the original rep, they found I was able to push it through because my registration came just in time and my initial credit pull had a separate expiration date from the actual application allowing for it be used again for reapplying at the same initial rate. A bit rocky but everything seems to be working out.”

“I had an apt today at 4pm. I walked in at 345 and was greeted before I even sat down. The lady who helped me, (don't recall her name) was a nice blonde lady. She was very kind and very professional and kept fun small talk during my name change. She also greeted others during my apt to tell them people will be with them. Very kind and seamless process. I even got my email the same day stating my new card was ordered.”

I made a same day appointment and I was happy to meet Leah who helped me adjust my accounts to add my daughter to my accounts. She was very kind and helped me to accomplish and take care of my needs. “Friendliest bank ever. I was greeted upon walking through the door even though the branch was busy. The ATM was out of $10 dominations, so the friendly teller was able to help me get the denominations I was looking for. She even asked if my daughter could have a lollipop.
