“I went to the bank today because I had an Amazon purchase that had been declined. I called Chase yesterday, they said it was Amazon that declined it, I called Amazon and they said it was Chase that declined it. I cancelled the order and reordered. Today it was declined again so I drove to Chase on McLoughlin and a woman named Nicole, I believe, the branch manager, helped me.
She looked at my account and my debt card and said everything was accurate and up to date. So she helped me take a look at my Amazon account to find that for some strange reason, it was trying to send to an address that didn't match my account. She took her time to try to solve an Amazon problem that had nothing to do with the bank.
She found the problem on my Amazon account. She could've said it wasn't a problem on Chase end, but instead she really wanted to help me solve the problem. She also said if I have any further issues to contact her. I really appreciate the little bit of extra effort on her part. I've been trying to deal with this issue for three days. Thank you so much!”

“My family set up my credit union account when I was a kid. As a result I have been a member for 15+ years. In the last few years I changed my name and moved out of state. Changing my address with the bank was a bit difficult at no fault of theirs. Just being out of state and having a name change made identification over the phone complicated. I recently called to replace my debit card and maybe fix my address and name on the account. The employee, Brendon, went above and beyond to fix everything on my account for me. Then Brendon went above and beyond again. When I checked my mail today I had a card (not a debit card) in it from Cutting Edge. Specifically from Brendon. This put a smile on my face. The stickers are relevant to me which he knows given the nature of my name change. Much love to Brendon and the entire Cutting Edge team. 💜”
“Key Bank Milwaukie FOR THE WIN.
I recently went into this Key Bank branch a half hour before closing to get some assistance with a somewhat complicated matter (thought it would be quick, it was not. I know, very rude!). I had the best experience with the manager and the person who ultimately took care of my request. They never hurried me, were friendly but professional, gracious and extremely helpful. I wish I lived closer to this branch because they would be the branch I use all the time. Out of all my Key Bank branch experiences, this one stands out as the very best.”
