“(UPDATED) I did see the owner post on my original post. I did reach out to the bank. They did make it RIGHT with me and credit my account with the missing money. So thank you for making it right. I will just make sure I check my receipt before I leave. So I will change my stats from 1 star to 4 stars.I normally don’t post complaints but this one I had to cuz I don’t want other to have the same problem as I did. I had my account with them for the past 6 yr. I have not had any problems until I started using this branch. So please check you money you deposit and make sure they count it right. Also check your receipt. To make sure it went into your account. I have CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.”

“This bank Rocks! I don’t always win with them but they have treated me like I deserve. When angry, they were able to calm me and get to straight to the meat and potatoes. When I was a smartass I was also treated as such. Customer service that day in December earned there keep. Chase is always answering my emails, calls, and questions! I appreciate them working with me and meeting me in the middle. That other bank WF just wanted to sink me with overages, same people same bank knowing there is an overage they just keep putting lil stupid bills like Netflix thru 7 times. That was a bad month! “I just recently started banking here. But my experience so far has been really nice. The teller that usually working knows who I am when I come in and is super kind every single time. If a security guard is available, he also opens the doors for you, which is super nice. Everyone I’ve encountered there who works there is kind. And I know this isn’t really geared to their branch specifically. But I also have to give a shout out to the customer service with KeyBank as well. I’ve been having major issues with the Postal Service, not delivering my mail properly. And they waive the $25 fee and sent me a card pretty much overnight mail by FedEx. And they did this all for free to get me my debit card to help me out. I feel like that’s the definition of customer service.”
