Based on my experience of going here literally 10 years, I can confidently say they are severely understaffed.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Not helpful, not friendly, not willing to do what is advertised on their website. Will definitely stay away from this one.

This Home Depot is excellent, the staff is great, always helpful and usually easy to find parking. Ive been coming here for 15 years, always satisfied.
