I walked in, explained the problem I was having (and what customer service spent an hour trying to fix before sending me to the store), she knew what the problem was and had it fixed in under a minute. Thank you for how quick and easy this was!

Normally this process sucks but Sean is a wizard!! He REALLY knows pretty much everything and is super cool and laidback about everything. I wish every customer person was this knowledgeable and easy to work with
