“I needed to transfer my phone number to my new iPhone and was having a lot of trouble doing so on my own. Thankfully I was able to get into Verizon shortly after opening. There was only one other customer ahead of me and I was greeted and helped within 3min. I worked with Brayden and he was an absolute delight. Once he had all the information, he was able to get everything transferred over very quickly! I will absolutely be back to this location with any future Verizon needs!”

“Brought my phone into clackamas location a few months ago due to water damage and battery was shot. They fixed it up problem. I took my phone to the beach and was having charging problems again. They fixed it up no charge within an hour. On top of that, they returned my phone cleaned up with a new screen protector.”

“I had to leave the gateway store to come to this store on Burnside Ernesto was able to help me out well the manager at gateway was busier wanting to take his lunch than to help me set up a phone he sold me terrible service from gateway Joseph. Ernesto was great help me transfer all my stuff in a couple of minutes”
“Went to a different repair shop and they quoted me 220 and would take 8 days to fix my hdmi port for my xbox. FIXOID legit gave me a better deal and fixed it within 1 day. Works like new and even helped me with my follow up question. These guys are the best and have earned a loyal customer”

“I originally came to this location after having a terrible experience at another near by Cricket store...the service there was awful and the attitude was even worse. What a difference this location made!
I was helped by a newer gentleman named Eduardo, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he didn’t just brush it off, he took the initiative to call his manager to make sure I got the right information.
Shout out to the manager as well, because not every manager is willing to help on their day off. That really stood out to me.
I walked in stressed after breaking my phone and urgently needing a replacement, and I walked out with a brand new phone and a big smile on my face. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!”
