They fixed it up no charge within an hour. On top of that, they returned my phone cleaned up with a new screen protector.”

“Went to a different repair shop and they quoted me 220 and would take 8 days to fix my hdmi port for my xbox. FIXOID legit gave me a better deal and fixed it within 1 day. Works like new and even helped me with my follow up question. These guys are the best and have earned a loyal customer”

“I originally came to this location after having a terrible experience at another near by Cricket store...the service there was awful and the attitude was even worse. What a difference this location made!
I was helped by a newer gentleman named Eduardo, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he didn’t just brush it off, he took the initiative to call his manager to make sure I got the right information.
Shout out to the manager as well, because not every manager is willing to help on their day off. That really stood out to me.
I walked in stressed after breaking my phone and urgently needing a replacement, and I walked out with a brand new phone and a big smile on my face. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!”
