“I really appreciate this branch. I’ve been stopping by more than usual this past year because of my financial situation. But, despite who helps me, it doesn’t seem to matter how trashy my questions about trashy transactions are, they always treat me with respect and take me seriously. I’m someone who would rather get an answer from a person than an automated system while I’m worried about financial issues, so I’m grateful that I can stop by this branch and get help. What does it say about the world when the people at the bank are so much kinder than the people who sell you weed? Maybe it’s always been that way. Who knows? My only hesitance about leaving this review is that it might encourage more people to use this branch, and I’d have to start standing in line.”

I received great customer service and they took care of the situation almost instantly. I talked to Patricia and I couldn’t be happier for what she did to fix the problem and she was very understanding of everything I said. I will make the Woodstock branch my new preferred location based off the help I received and the fact that Patricia gave the best customer service experience I’ve received in multiple years.
