“Proffesional and fast. I wish the lobby was larger. There was poor air circulation. And a small odor in the lobby. But over all the team did s spetacular job. And I received my result right there at the testing station.”

“It’s called “Easy Peasy” - These folks make this process a No Brainer - Take in your small 2”x2” or 3”x3” sample of sheetrock, fill in a few questions on a laptop & your on your way. Replacing sheetrock in my garage, don’t plan on coming again But if I have to will come here again. Thanks for making this process an easy one. Highly recommend ! ?”

“Efficient practitioner, easy to schedule, convenient. More explanation on the website about what service one needs for a test kit and what "processing" means would be helpful.”

“Prism has been life-changing for me. The care I receive from this group has been deeply useful during my transition. They aren’t perfect as they’re working within a flawed system. But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. This is a sign of their curse of success. Over my few years with them I have seen them expand services as quickly as they can. Be patient with them and they will do everything they can for you.”

“I took my neighbor who is elderly to pick up at the pharmacy located there on site and everything was very smooth and convenient for her they were very polite and were very prompt with providing her with her needs the only thing I would say needed a little bit of accommodating would be the parking situation it's kind of difficult to go in and out when the parking is not for parking it's actually just for dropping off other than that great service polite people took safety precautions and made her happy and we went home and no complaints.”

“I just called the lab corp, the Bethney labs is closed till March 10th, 2024 due to short of staff. Last time we went in on Tuesday noon, we have to wait for an hour, have 3 patients in front of us. Make sure you call them before you drive in.”

“I had the best experience getting a blood draw with Mike! He’s so good… patient and a great listener. I’m a really hard draw, normally get poked at least 3 times. He didn’t bat an eye, and got it on the first try. Thanks for making my day, Mike!!”

“This lab is the best lab that Providence has. Most of the phlebotomists are really really good and get me on the first stick. They are human, and some make mistakes, but they do so with compassion and understanding that this isn't any patients favorite thing to do. Patients don't realize that this is a specialty. Nurses miss constantly and so do doctors. The phlebotomists here train for this and it takes a lot of practice to be good, but they are still human. They are also extremely short staffed at this location, so they are doing the best they can with the circumstances. Also, for the review from the angry parent on here, they need to realize that when your child is screaming and is so angry that they are moving a lot and they can't be held down, its not only a danger to the child and parent, but also the phlebotomists. If your kid is not able to be held down, they miss a vein because the kid moved. And if they proceed with a draw and the kid moves again, the needle could hurt the kid by ripping out and could stick the parent or phlebotomists. If they don't feel safe to do their jobs, then don't throw also tantrum because your child is throwing a tantrum. I also know people in this profession and was a phlebotomist myself. They have charts on the wall telling them how much they can take based on weight. Let them do their jobs even if it means turning a patient away because they don't want to be bitten, kicked, or accidentally stuck with a needle because your child can't be contained. I understand its scary for kids, but if it's that scary and your kid can't be controlled for the 5 minutes it takes, then call child services and they can administer nitrous to calm them.”

“My wife had thyroid surgery here. To my surprise everyone was great! I knew the Doctor was nice. It’s the staff I was unsure about. Doctor Varela has operated on my wife twice now. He doesn’t come off as arrogant. Which in my experience is rare with Doctors. The staff was so nice! They took good care of my wife and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them over any Providence!”

“Had a wonderful experience with phlebotomist, Bradley. I was having a hard time entering my check-in data & he kindly helped me with check-in. He was a very personable & knowledgeable young man who answered some questions I had about vitamin interactions with blood lab results. He also was very gentle with drawing blood as I never felt the needle. Thank you for hiring great employees like Bradley!”

“Both times I’ve ever been here the phlebotomists did amazing jobs. Wait was less than 10 minutes and I was only struck once each time. Unsure of why some people had such a bad time”

“I always faint when I give blood or have a blood draw. Not here! The phlebotomist used a smaller needle- why has no one ever offered that option before! I hardly even noticed. Plus he was an absolute peach. Thank you funny needle man.”

“The lab workers running this place today were very efficient. I showed up without an appointment like a jerk and saw a waiting room full of people, they still had me out of there in under and hour. Thank you.”

“I do blood work check-ups every 6 months at this location and never had any issues. I usually come without an appointment, and my wait time is 5-15 minutes max. Easy and fast check-in.”

“Blood draws have never been easy for me, but today Darren really made a difference! Friendly, thorough, skilled, and efficient. Thank you Darren, the nearly painless one time poke and distracting me with talking about cats made this otherwise usually really rough experience a good one.”

“Like others have said, it's been a 2-3 hour wait because of some issues with the new system. Sure, this is frustrating to come in and wait that long. But know that it is not the staff's fault and that they are doing the best they can. All the staff I interacted with were so patient and kind even after being yelled at by so many people early in the morning. If you yell at the staff, it doesn't make anything go faster, so save your breath!”

“For any parents of young children that need a venipuncture, there is a phlebotomist here that specializes in pediatrics, and she did a wonderful job with my 55lb child. Quick poke, fill and done. The receptionist with sparkly glasses was very kind too. We made an appointment for 2pm on a Wednesday, wait time was minimal. The pediatrician prescribed EMLA numbing cream that I applied to both inner elbows and wrapped with food wrap 45 min prior to appointment, and it was effective. Parking can take a while so we always give 25 min prior to the appointment. We dropped by the gift shop for a reward after it was all done.”
