“Great experience start to finish! One morning my laptop wouldn’t power on anymore and as one does when they work strictly on their laptop I panicked, called a tech savvy friend who referred me to Minh and Airlink. He got me in the next day, diagnosed it the following day and had it fixed in 4 days for SUCH a reasonable price. He even followed up a few days later to make sure it was still working and let me know to bring it right back if it wasn’t perfect. Super grateful… and furiously backing up all my files. ?”

“After a harrowingly bad experience at Best Buy, I came to this shop to ask about replacing a shattered Microsoft surface screen. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.”

“For iPhone & Android mobile devices, you won't find better prices or service than CompRite, anywhere. Local, or online.For PC repair, if you need a trustworthy local IT who will ONLY fix what is broken, NEVER pad the bill, or add parts & services you don't need and NEVER refuse to help you, there's only one place to go, locally, imo.If you question every 5/5 review, GOOD! Shows you're paying attention. However, this one is genuine, unlike anything on Amazon (not sure I've ever had a 5/5 there). Check out my other reviews if you doubt my veracity.It seems as if companies can just screw over customers with impunity, nowadays, and no one bats an eye. It's become the norm; expected behavior from Amazon. That's why I'm motivated to share good business practices and warn about bad ones. It's my small way of fighting back against this trend.Please support good companies and stop giving your money to bad businesses, with mediocre services and shady policies. If we don't fight back against the trend, some day soon, only the worst companies will remain.”

“Eli at the portland location set me up with a new protector and csse that were a great improvement for my phone, he went so far as to email me a photo of my information sticker on my phone, remove it, clean ane polish my phone and now it looks so clean and impressive. I work outdoors and my phone was very dirty, Eli got it looking brand new and respectable again. 5/5”
“Rosanna and Michelle did an INCREDIBLE job helping me switch devices today. They were incredibly patient with me as well as everyone who came through the store. They helped me understand that using the mobile app allowed for an easier device transition as compared to the website which wanted me to switch plans. A few more difficult clients came through and even though they were put in difficult customer service situations, they handled each customer with respect and grace. GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE! ?”

“My phone could no longer charge -- apparently the port was damaged. Melanie one of the people that worked there first examined the port and found it had lint and other gunk in it. It charged briefly but was no longer dependable.
So Melanie told me how I could change plans and get a new version of my phone for $100 (not including the plan change). I went from 4g to 5g and got a new phone and a better plan (better reception.) She also was great in that she put on the screen protector perfectly -- no air bubbles. And she helped me get a couple good fast wall chargers! Excellent customer care! Thank you, Melanie!”

The helpful staff at the ATT store near the Airport pulled up my account and had me back up and running with next no no headache. I would recommend this particular ATT store over some of the other locations, such as the store on West 11th Ave in Eugene, where the service far less helpful and I was overcharged for the same service I received here.”
“This cricket wireless has been the best phone and internet company I have worked with not only are their prices super affordable but their workers are amazing. I had Joseph help me with fixing a problem with my phone as I couldn’t sign in to my email or google account. He was super helpful and patient with me and my problem. Would definitely recommend coming here if you have any phone issues or want to change you’re phone provider”

He was so chill and knew exactly how to trouble shoot. I was dreading the new phone set up process but he made it pleasant and easy so I had to leave a review. Other staff there were so friendly and it was actually fun being there. How refreshing. Thank you!”

“Wow, just had probably the best customer service ever at this AT & T store location! I have been an AT & T customer for decades. I was experiencing issues with my phone applications, Brauk at this store location sorted it out in no time ! He was so helpful and patient and explained the issues and how to correct. In the meantime, Aaron was researching ways for me to save money on my plan. Cannot say enough good things about Brauk and Aaron, great customer service and makes me grateful I am an AT & T customer!”
