“After a harrowingly bad experience at Best Buy, I came to this shop to ask about replacing a shattered Microsoft surface screen. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.”

I have had to come back multiple times, once to cancel an order so I could pick up a phone in store, and another to hand in my trade in. “For iPhone & Android mobile devices, you won't find better prices or service than CompRite, anywhere. Local, or online.For PC repair, if you need a trustworthy local IT who will ONLY fix what is broken, NEVER pad the bill, or add parts & services you don't need and NEVER refuse to help you, there's only one place to go, locally, imo.If you question every 5/5 review, GOOD! Shows you're paying attention. However, this one is genuine, unlike anything on Amazon (not sure I've ever had a 5/5 there). Check out my other reviews if you doubt my veracity.It seems as if companies can just screw over customers with impunity, nowadays, and no one bats an eye. It's become the norm; expected behavior from Amazon. That's why I'm motivated to share good business practices and warn about bad ones. “Eli at the portland location set me up with a new protector and csse that were a great improvement for my phone, he went so far as to email me a photo of my information sticker on my phone, remove it, clean ane polish my phone and now it looks so clean and impressive. I work outdoors and my phone was very dirty, Eli got it looking brand new and respectable again. 5/5”

“Had a wild experience in here today. Was trying to exchange my phone and the process was taking forever (I'm not sure why). I feel bad for the many people who waited and ended up leaving because the wait was taking so long. The employee Stephano was super helpful, skipped his lunch, and dealt with a drunk guy who came in, while he was dealing Verizons systems trying to get my exchange done. I can't say how much I appreciate his help, and he dealt with everything professionally. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the process to exchange my phone took over 2 hours.”
